Tina’s POV:

The Dark Panther pulled away and was stuttering, "H-h-how?" I got up and turned on my bedroom light with a grin across my face. I replied, "First of all, this morning, you didn’t stick around when I mentioned the dark panther, second of all, when you held me when I was crying, your grip was extremely strong like the dark panther’s and lastly, you didn’t come back after the dark panther had left my office, but the dark panther appeared when Helena scared the shit out of me." The Dark Panther got up from the bed and removed her black gloves, hood and mask revealing that Tina was right. Bette stood there, her hair mussed up and looking very vulnerable. Bette explained softly, "I am so sorry, Tina. I am just so in love with you and I was so scared that you wouldn’t feel the same thing about me. It killed me sometimes to be in the same room with you because I yearned for you so fucking badly! That is why I became "The Dark Panther", to sweep you off your feet and to woo you. I had more guts as "The Dark Panther" than I did as myself." I went over to Bette and placed my hands on her shoulders and I gazed into her dark eyes, "I am flattered that you went through all this just for me, it shows me how much you care." Bette said softly, "I do care, baby." I asked, "Anyways, how did you come up with "The Dark Panther?" Bette answered, "On the way home, I was attacked by a black panther and I looked deeply into its yellow eyes and without any fear, I threw it off of me." I looked amazed and said, "I heard something about a panther escaping the zoo." Bette stroked my cheek with her finger and said, "After that, I went home and took me suit off and saw that I had these." And with that, Bette stripped out of her black sweater and I gasped out loud when I saw her rippling muscles bulging from her bra. "Good god!" I gasped. Bette blushed and asked coyly, "You like?" I nodded and croaked, "God, I love em’!" Bette wrapped her muscled arms around me and said, "I’m glad to hear that because I’ll be your superhero and lover forever."
