The situation was tense, and Jenny receiving a call sent confusion through them all. They weren’t sure what to think, and listened on.

"… Helena …"

They all gulped. Not only was she their boss, but she was a big name all over the city – even the state. Something this ridiculous, and not to mention illegal, would surely cause her to lash out at anyone and everyone involved. They all knew that, and their fear was shared.

"… I’m umm … this is Tina."

Tina reached for her phone, but Bette grabbed her and held her away from the psychotic woman. A hand over Tina’s mouth ensured her silence, but the fight was still in her. Jodi watched them struggle with an arched brow. Who knew two women’s anger could be so … appealing.

"Yes, it is strange that I’ve stolen her phone," Jenny smiled, putting on some dramatic show of her impersonation, "I guess that’s just me. An ignorant thief." Then her fake laugh came out, and a distinctive growl came through in Tina’s voice. Bette pulled her harder, causing them both to fall onto the carpeted floor of the van, groaning at the impact. "… Where is Jenny … good question, Helena. But while I have you on the phone …" Tina crawled over and yanked at one of Jenny’s legs to pull her to the ground. The phone slipped out of her hand and hit the support of the van before Jenny collapsed.

While Tina crawled over Jenny and pulled her up by the collar of her shirt, Jodi ran to the phone and just looked at it. She was running out of ideas, and she was the only one uninvolved in the display of violence.

Although Bette couldn’t deny how appetizing Tina looked in that position, she knew she had to do something about the situation. She crawled over behind Tina as they heard Jenny choking out her words. "You … psycho …"

"ME?!" Tina gasped, trying to tug her arm away from Bette’s grasp.

Jodi looked on with horror, trying to come up with something. Anything. This was crazier than she imagined it could be. "We’ll call you back." Then she hung up and winced, shocked at her own action. "Shit shit shit."
