That’s What Friends Are For [Chapter Seven]
Tina wrapped her arms around Bette’s neck and buried her face in her hair. After taking a deep breath, she pulled back and leant her forehead against Bette’s.
“I’m just scared and… after what Steven did, I feel… I don’t know, I’m scared Bette.”
Bette could understand completely, in fact, she felt a little bad for initiating contact between them. Tina sensed her discomfort right away and gently cupped her cheeks, causing Bette’s had to tilt back to look up at her.
“Bette, don’t feel bad. I want this with you and you did nothing wrong, ok?”
She sighed contently and nodded, it was exactly what she wanted to hear.
Just as she was about to lean in for another kiss, the shrill ring of the phone interrupted her. Tina pulled back and crawled away from Bette so she could go get the phone.
“This better be important.” Bette muttered as she picked up the phone.
A frown passed across her features as she read the name that was flashing on the screen. “Apparently you’re calling me, Tina.”
Tina rolled her eyes and held out her hand; Bette willingly gave her the device before taking a seat on the couch again.
“Jenny…” Tina answered with. “What do you want?”
“I thought you’d go back to her place.” Jenny replied dryly.
“Were you just checking if I was here?”
Jenny sighed loudly, as much as she wanted to just be checking if Tina was there, she wasn’t. “Actually, I flooded your bathroom by accident. Everything is completely drenched. Your carpet has soaked through.”
Tina’s eyes widened and she was overwhelmed with anger. “How the fuck did you flood my apartment?”
Bette, who’d been sat thumbing through a magazine, turned to look at Tina with disbelief.
“It was an accident. I started running a bath and then somebody came to the door; I went with them and by the time I arrived back, it was flooded. I totally forgot about the bath.”
“Is it bad?” Tina groaned.
“Well, I don’t think you’ll be able to live in it. I already packed my things. I am getting in your way and since the carpet is effectively ruined, I don’t think you’ll be at your apartment for a while.”

This is ramping up nicely
Like how this is going!
thank god jenny left… i am also loving this story… let them take it nice and slow… let their love grow… PPS
Yeah what Amanda said. Jenny can just stay gone. And thanks for not putting any pubes in this chapter. That would’ve been double gross along with Jenny flooding Tina’s apartment.
See jenny spices everything up,lol… but she needs to stay away for a few centuries, lol…. love the story bette and tina need to go slow no rushin’ can’t wait til she meets that gang?
Jenny would have gotten smacked real hard when I got home I mean how do you forget you are about to take a bath and then walk off for a couple hours with the water running. I’m surprised one of these lovely ladies didn’t think of hiring a crew to wet vac the place and get it taken care of. I guess that wouldn’t have been as much fun as Tina sharing a bed with Bette even if there is no touching allowed huh.
I am making it so there is too much damage. Damp in the walls, etc. Plus, Tina in Bette’s arms is better imo.
Jenny is a wet blanket in every situation…someone needs to wet vac her up! Enjoying the story though.
That was so fun and thanks god jenny is gone lol
so cute, so sweet, so nice but that jenny is a walking disaster, pps…
