    SOMETHING SO RIGHT

    Chapter 138

    “He’s here ?” Tina asked

    “He is – he showed up about an hour ago looking for you or your mom or Finn “

    “He went to Shane’s house ?”

    “Yeah –they are both at work reasonable enough on a Monday “

    “God Bette – what sort of state is he in ?”

    “Wrecked – he’s been crying – I also think he’d been drinking on the flight because his breath smells of beer “

    Bette took hold of Tina’ hands and held her

    “This is bad isn’t it ?”

    “Yeah “

    “There is no chance that they have just had an argument ?”

    “Not when he flies across the continent to try and make it up with your mom “

    “This is terrible – mom has just told me that she’s seeing someone else “

    Bette raised her eyebrow “That’s unexpected “

    “I will tell you about it later –its not as wonderful as it sounds and I really don’t know how I feel about it “

    “Tina “

    “Yeah “

    “This is between them – if he wants her back he is going to have to do some major crawling and do you really think that she wants him back ?”

    “No – she doesn’t want him back – she’s made that clear . it could all be an act but she genuinely seems to – well if got over him but at least she seems to want to try other things and other people”

    “I know this is going to be really hard Ti but we have to try and stay neutral “

    Tina nodded “Its not going to be easy – it would solve so many things if she took him back “

    “If she decides to take him back they will have to resolve an awful lot of things – is your mother really in a forgiving mood. She does seem to have moved on and the farm is doing really well – I was going through the books for her the other day – she brought them with her – its increasing its turnover “

    Tina shook her head and hugged Bette

    “This is not going to be nice is it ?”

    3. I feel for Nial..Bette is right Nial is Finn’s “The only ass of a dad he had.” ..He’s been good of a Father throughout of their childhood life,the only bad thing he had done. [as if Sarah didn’t do the same while they are in their marriage].. ..Is Gemma..Guess they have to remember that and don’t put all the blame to their dad…
