    Bette: “How long do we have to wait?”

    Tina: “Let’s see, we still have to wait another two minutes.”

    Bette: “This seems more like two hours to me.”

    Tina: “I know babe. I’m anxious too.”

    Bette: “I think you’re going to make a wonderful mom. The kid that has you as its mom is going to be one lucky kid.”

    Tina: “Thanks Bette. I think you’re going to be a great mom too.”

    Bette: “Thanks T. (kiss) Are the two minutes over yet?”

    Tina: “Almost.”

    When the time was finally there, they both looked at the test and saw that it was…

    Bette: “Positive! We’re going to have a baby!”

    Bette hugs Tina and they jump up and down in excitement.

    Tina: “I can’t believe it! We’re pregnant! I love you so much Bette.”

    They both calmed down a little and share a passionate kiss.

    Bette: “I love you too Tina. Do you want me to make an appointment with Dr. Landon to check the results?”

    Tina: “Yeah, that way we’re 100% certain.”

    Bette: “I’ll make the call. Why don’t you take a shower and get dressed and I’ll take a shower afterwards.”

    Tina: “Okay babe. (kiss) I’m so happy!”

    Bette: “Me too T. I’m really happy.”

    Bette walked out of the bathroom and picked up the phone. She dialled Dr. Landon’s office.

    Assistant: “Dr. Landon’s office.”

    Bette: “Hello, this is Bette Porter. I’d like to make an appointment to see Dr. Landon.”

    Assistant: “Well, you’re in luck. Someone just cancelled and we have an opening at 11. Shall I write you down?”

    Bette: “Yes, that’s great. Thank you.”

    Bette walked over to the bathroom and found Tina all dried up and getting dressed.

    Bette: “Hey T. There was an opening in Dr. Landon’s schedule at 11. Is that okay with you?”

    Tina: “Yeah that’s great. I don’t have any appointments then. Are you coming with me?”

    Bette: “Of course I’m coming with you. I’ll pick you up at 10:30?”

    Tina: “Perfect. I’m off to work babe. (kiss) Bye.”

    Bette: “Bye T. I’ll see you at 10:30.”

    Tina left for work while Bette showered and got dressed also.

    Bette left for work too and once arrived, she walked over to Andy’s office. She knocked on the door and waited for a response.
