Revelations Chapter 5
Tina slipped into work early hoping to get into her office before Janice arrived. She knew that by the end of the day every single person in the building would know about her relationship with Bette because gossip spread like wildfire. She had basically ensured this by kissing Bette in Janice’s presence last night at the Planet but at the time it was more important to reassure her girlfriend of her love and devotion then to protect herself from water cooler talk pertaining to her sexual orientation. She hadn’t meant to hide her relationship from her co-workers she just wanted time to adjust to the feelings she was experiencing for the first time without any outside pressure. "Well at least she wouldn’t have to worry about the men hitting on her anymore." she thought as she started working on some files.
Janice arrived shortly and began her early morning routine after hanging up her coat. She made a fresh pot of coffee then went into Tina’s office to fetch her mug. She always washed it out first thing in the morning so that it was ready when Tina came in. She hadn’t knocked because Tina never arrived before she did, so she didn’t even notice her boss’s presence until she turned back from the counter. "Ahhhh!" Janice screamed dropping the mug when she saw movement from the corner of her eye.
Tina rose from her desk, "Janice, Are you okay?" she said hurrying around to help her Assistant.
"Damn, I’m sorry Miss Kennard, I didn’t know you were here and I was just getting your coffee mug and….. Crap! I broke it too," she stammered.
"Don’t touch it you might cut yourself. Just call the cleaning crew to sweep it up. Hell, I didn’t like that mug anyway," Tina joked trying to relax the woman. She led her over to the couch and they both sat down for a moment catching their breath. It wasn’t long before an uncomfortable silence crept over them. "So, ahhh, Did you enjoy yourself at the club last night?" Tina asked hoping to clear the air.
Janice tilted her head sideways, looking at her boss. "Yes but I don’t think that was what you wanted to ask me," Janice said. "You have no idea how stupid I feel." She saw the confused look on her boss’s face and continued. "I went on and on about your new boyfriend and all this time it was a girlfriend you were seeing and she had to listen to me prattle on. I’m mortified. Do you think you can forgive me? I just assumed.."

Love this Tina is lucjt to have J anice working with her. Once you have the best,let the people tslk they are giving the other a chance to not be gossip about. Let her be happy with Bette

So here is my question CLS; what does a girl have to do to get a lunch like that everyday? (LOL) That was smokin hot! Bette w/ all the flowers and then showing up in oerson just shows how crazy in love she is w/ Tina. And what a releif that Tina won’t have to worry about Janice gossiping about her around the office. Janice handled the whole situation so well. PPS!
I hope that Tina’s office is sound proof, with all the noise that was coming from it.
That was one I enjoyed a lot, cls. Everyone treated everyone respectfully and flowers make a better expression of love than weapons, phony or otherwise.

Wow who wouldn’t want to be Tina’s lunch??? That was mind blowing, hot, and it gives you energy to go through your day and take any crap that comes your way, Bette is lucky heheh. But she is in a lot of trouble what is she going to do when Tina thank her for the flowers? I can’t say I don’t want to be in Bette’s position cause I do.
