    They arrive at the house. Tina gets out and helps Angelica out and Bette walks out and to the door and opens it.

    “Bette, do you want me to stay the night?” Tina asks.

    “I would love it if you do, but you don’t have to.” Bette replies.

    “I want to. You got hit by a car today. I will feel much better if I knew you’re alright.” Tina says.

    “Okay.” Bette says and smiles.

    “I’ll go and get Angel ready for bed.” Tina says.

    Tina and Angelica walks into the bathroom to get ready for bed, once the bathing and such are done, they walk back out to Bette to says good night.

    “Nighty mama.” Angelica says and reaches up her little arms. Bette lifts her up.

    “Good night sweetie. Sleep tight and sweet dreams. I love you, see you tomorrow.” Bette says and kisses Angelica on the cheek.

    Tina takes Angelica and they walk back to the bedroom to get her down. About 10 minutes later Tina walks back out and takes a seat next to Bette.

    “She’s asleep?” Bette asks.

    “Yeah, any minute now.” Tina replies.

    “Good.” Bette says and smiles.

    Moments later there’s a knock on the door.

    “Are you expecting anyone?” Tina asks.

    “No.” Bette replies.

    “I’ll get it.” Tina says and stands up and walks over to the door and opens it. “Guys, what are you doing here?” Tina asks.

    “Well, we wanna talk.” Alice says and walks in, with Shane close behind. Tina closes the door.

    “Okay?” Tina says and looks surprised over at Bette. She walks back and sits down next to her.

    Alice and Shane take a seat on the opposite couch.

    “So, what’s up guys?” Bette asks as she takes Tina’s hand.

    “Well, we were a little surprised earlier. We want the reason you’re leaving.” Alice says.

    Bette and Tina look at each other and smiles a little.

    “You didn’t tell the whole story, did you?” Alice asks.

    “No.” Bette replies and looks down and then to Tina.

    “So?” Alice says.

    “Well, I got a job offer from Peggy Peabody, about helping her open a gallery in London. The reason I said yes, was because I get a lot of money for it. I couldn’t afford to not say yes. It will secure Angelica’s future.” Bette says.

    1. Why dont Bette let Shane move into her house. that way it will stay in the family. and Shane will take care of it as good as they could or would thanks

    2. That was nice they were able to talk to Alice & Shane. Shoot 4 million ain’t nothing to sneeze at they can get another house with another pool when they get back and make new memories. I hope everything works out.

    3. with time away from LA and their friends maybe they can make this work for the long haul. Bette might just change her mind about the house after a bit and I also understand why they would want to make a clean break of it and start over.

    4. Wow, on two fronts. I love Eva Cassidy and am saddened that she is unable to bring us more of her beautiful voice. Secondly this story is so tender and makes one believe in true love again. Also to never give up the fight when you really do love someone.

    10. I, too am pleased that money will no longer be an issue…it makes you wonder if they would have made it through season 3 if money were not a factor, especially for Tina.

    11. all the chapter was so good but i really love the last part when Tina say:”I never felt safer than I did in your arms”,it was wonderful, they find each other again and this time is forever! isn’t it? this story every time is better thanks for posted it
