Lara is cooking something in the kitchen, Dana enters and greets her.

Dana: Hey, that smells good, you ready for tonight?

Lara: (looking up smiling) Hey Dane, uum…yeah are you sure you wanna come with me? I mean you’ll miss everything here, an-

Dana: (cutting her off) What?! Of course I want to come..don’t you want me to..?

Lara walking over to her and kissed her softly and gave her a hug.

Lara: Yes, of course I do…(breaks of from the hug)It’s just that…

Dana looking at her with woriness in her ayes.

Dana: What? It’s just what..?

Lara: It’s just that..don’t you think that…

Dana: Is this about Alice?

Lara: (suddenly looking happy) You know what, don’t worry about it. (turns back and busy’s herself with her cooking)

Dana: No Lara, it’s okay..

Lara: (looks at her) No! It’s not Dana…she still loves you, can’t you see that?

Dana: I know, I know that she’s hurt..but she can’t have everything that she wants..besides I love YOU..okay? (hugs her)

Lara standing there but eventually hugs her back, smelling her fragrant hair.

Lara: …okay..

Alice lying down on her bed, staring at a picture of her and Dana.

Alice: I loved you..how could you do this to me..(tears well up at her eyes)***** you (crying) ***** you, ***** you..

{knock on the door}

Alice stands up wiping the tears off her eyes.

Alice: (sniffs) Who is it?

Shane: It’s me Al, open up.

Alice walked to the door and opened it.

Alice: Um..hello..what are you doing here?

Shane bust through and came in.

Alice: Okay sure come in.

Shane: I thought I could come see if your alright.

Alice: Um yea I’m fine.

Shane: Do you have plans tonight, I mean if you don’t you could come with me and Carmen.

Alice: Don’t you already have plans tonight?

Shane: Uh..no..

Alice: Lara’s party?

Shane: Oh yea..no big deal..she’s inviting other friends and I thought your not doing anything.

Alice: Look Shane it’s fine..go okay coz I um..I’m already going somewhere.

Shane: (looking confused) What? Oh okay then…I’ll come with you.

Alice: No Shane its fine (pushing her outside) go have fun..

Shane standing outside already.

Shane: Okay but just call if you need me okay?
