    Chapter 22, Part 2: Let’s get this party started (Tina reveals one of her secrets and Bette is introduced to the gang)

    (Previously) “Dana, please hurry. We already late for the ball,” Shane was calling Dana after getting her message that she wasn’t ready yet.

    “Yeah, Alice and a white rabbit will be really disappointed,” Dana answered bitterly.

    “What’s wrong? You sound really irritated…are you still mad at your girlfriend?” Shane asked pulling in front of the house.

    “I’m not irritated…I’m totally fine,” Dana answered, coming out of the house. She hung up the phone and got into the car.

    “Hi Carmen…I’ve had enough time to think and you’re right, Shane…I’m just so fucking mad at Alice. She disappeared for three months without a phone call or a message, and now she invites us to a party and expects me to be all lovey-dovey. She better have a damn good excuse or we’re done.”

    Both Shane and Carmen were wise enough not to say anything so Dana could let off some steam before reuniting with her girlfriend. Finally they arrived to Tina’s house and as soon as Alice saw Dana entering, she pulled her into a passionate kiss. As angry as Dana was, her heart melted at such an expression of love.

    “I missed you, baby,” Alice said affectionately and the rest of Dana’s frustration disappeared.

    Place: Los Angeles, CA – Tina’s house

    Year: Oct. 21, 2005

    Tina decided to talk to the girls before introducing Bette to them because she didn’t know what their reactions would be when they see her for the first time. Add to that the news that that she had feelings for that woman who was also from another century.

     

    Tina invited them all to sit in the living room and said nervously, “Before we have dinner there’s something we need to share with you guys…several things, actually.”

     

    Tina looked anxiously at Alice and whispered, “Al, jump in any time because I really don’t know where to start.”

     

    “Okay, let’s start from the beginning then,’ Alice said, trying to keep a straight face. “Tina is in love.”

     

    “It’s not the beginning,” Tina exclaimed blushing.

    1. Another great chapter B&TF. For me, I don’t mind long chapters…I don’t mind admitting that I’m very engrossed in this story…I find the premise facinating. So, short chapters or long chapters, I’m ready whenever you are for the next one!

    11. LMAO at “Dr. Foxworthy, our local physician and psychiatrist…” Hahaha, in fact I do think that Dr Foxy is a time-traveller as well. I mean, it seems that between Season 1 with Tibette and Season 6 with Talice, the poor guy hasn’t moved an inch!… Anyway, great chapter and I love to see Bette falling under the spell of Tina Kennard!
