"What about the layout and the art that is presented?" Bette asked curiously.
"Totally up to you. Bette, I’m getting old and honestly, I’m getting too old to keep up, but I love the arts. If you find a particular artist or collection of artists that you want displayed, run it by me and I trust your judgment. You’re the best. You can rearrange however you see fit."
"Wow, Ed, I never expected anything like this before," Bette admitted.
"Bette, as I have told you previously, I know you are the best. I wanted this offer to be as appealing as it could be so I didn’t have much competition!" He chuckled.
"Well, Ed, I only have one question for you," Bette said seriously.
"And what would that be?" Ed asked suspiciously.
"When can I start?" Bette laughed fully relieved.

"Well???" Tina asked anxiously as Bette walked through the door of their old house. Tina had gotten a second rental and decided to go choose paint colors for all of the rooms and she was starting to clean the house to keep herself occupied while Bette was at the interview.
Bette moved swiftly towards Tina and kissed her vigorously on the lips. Their tongues battled for dominance for several minutes before Tina pulled away.
"Bette…what happened?
"I have a job, T." Bette’s face lit up at the sound.
"Well, that’s great baby…but what does it entail?" Tina asked hesitantly.
"I work my own hours, I hire my own people… I’m there as little or as much as I want to be…and…." Bette trailed off.
"And??" Tina urged
"He wants to pay me $150,000!"
Tina shrieked.
"Plus bonuses and benefits."
Tina jumped straight up into Bette’s arms and locked her legs around the brunette’s waist. Bette lowered her chin and caught Tina’s mouth in an urgent kiss. She flicked her tongue against Tina’s lips and as Tina parted her lips, Bette entered urgently. She could feel the blonde responding, their tongues exploring each other’s wet caves, meet and parting. Tina clung onto Bette’s shoulders, as Bette hiked her back onto her hips.
Bette walked with Tina around her waist until she reached the counter and pulled her mouth away from her angels. She set Tina down on the counter and began a trail of passionate kisses along Tina’s neck and down to her chest. Tina’s head flung backwards and she subconsciously started to grind into Bette as best as she could.
"Momma, what are you doing?" Angie giggled as she entered the house from playing outside on the back patio.

Thank you for the great storytelling. Delighted that Bette gets a break workwise. First she is fired by the CAC after bringing them the biggest show ever. Then she had to endure Jodie’s slanderous and vicious show and on top of that she had to leave CU because of Jodie and Nadia.

Well, we know that nadia is a fool for thinking Tina is replaceable. She does not know that Tina will clean her clock for going after Bette. I hope Ed will tell Bette he was just kidding and her salary is so much higher than what he told hwe initially because she has already made that salary as the head od the CAC, and more when she owned her own gallery. I thought he would offer her at least one half to one million dollars, then I would have shit my pants but not for a $150K, she’s alrady made that in the past. Ed did not do very good research, our girl is worth so much more. Thanks for posting.
