Masked Feelings CH 95 Magnetism
Life had handed her a raw deal. No one came rescued her from her hell. She had to fend for herself and form a tough exterior, unpenetrable for anyone to enter. Even when someone happened to help her, Roxy felt that it was owed to her. The woman didn’t return favors, only paid back those who wronged her. Bitterness and anger had filled her heart as the years went by and it appeared that it would stay that way. She hadn’t counted on finding that one person that wanted to truly know her and love her inspite of her faults… Erika.
Roxy had come a long way from all that, but it took Erika’s patience and understanding to break through. For not initially liking this woman, she sure as hell fell hard for her. She was head-over-heels in love with her and no one could still fill that void. Alice had come close but she never had the chance to see if it could’ve worked. It was hard to compete with Dana, the woman that had everything. In some ways, life was even more difficult now. She could only see the losses and not the wonderful things she could gain from opening her heart. Since she lost Erika, she had regressed back to the days of old and was more emotionally barren then ever before.
She hadn’t a clue how long she had been gone since the mad man had kidnapped her. There was no concept of time on the outside as well because of her condition. Her body ached excruciatingly and that included her head. Where she once had no color, she had blood red skin that had the texture of leather. Her lips were chapped and peeling from the sun. She had long since run out of water to drink… and worse, it had been way to long since that last fix.

Irwin – Well… it does appear that you got your wish. I guess we won’t be going out tonight after all.
He couldn’t help himself this time. Irwin wasn’t one to use sarcasm often, but his wife was overbearing and so controlling, a regular pain in the ass. This was one time that he could say what he wanted without virtually any backlash on her part. Sharon had one of those migraines. It was always evident because of the agony on her face. No one could fake that kind of pain… not even his wife.

Well now you are just spoiling us, brteyes!! Not that I mind… Another superb update. I am glad that Roxy is alive-ish. Very curious to see if she survives getting back to civilization and how much of her (mentally and physically) is still in tact. And what is up with Sharon and that house? Looking forward to some answers there eventually. I am glad Dana has Irwin on her side. Marco/Kristen? That is a Grand Canyon sized wrinkle in the story. It will be interesting to see what happens when Bobby shows up. Dana/Alice? Very hot. And very scary. I know David is waiting in the wings somewhere for his moment to strike. Can you tell I am anxious to see more of this wonderful story? ;-D Thanks so much brteyes!!
excellent work!!
Brteyes, it could be so wonderful with you and I but you just stand yourself in the way, and your so called DanaVicious. Why don’t you give us a chance? Don’t I deserve one? You’ve been pretty blunt with your comment to me. We both know that your girl would never kick my butt, but if she tried she’d get it back a million times. She doesn’t need to know that we’re talking, right? So open your heart and let me in, brteyes. It’s not as difficult. You can consider until the next time you post. Last chance, woman. Don’t screw it up this time!
