Bobby – You seem distracted…. something on your mind?
Alice – I guess I’m a little distracted tonight. I’ve got a pile of work at home that I keep thinking about.
Bobby – So…. you and my daughter worked together.
Alice – Yes, quite a bit.
Bobby – And you were friends?
Alice – Yes.
Bobby – How close?
Alice – We’d do the usual stuff that friends do…. Go shopping, out to lunch… things like that.
Bobby – Do you know who she was dating?
This was feeling like an interrogation. Alice hated to lie and even worse…. to be caught in one. She did the next best thing, she avoided answering the question.
Alice – Gina wasn’t one to talk about her personal life. I guess I’m finding out that I didn’t know her all that well. It wasn’t till after she died that I found out Goodwin wasn’t her last name.
He was hard to read. Alice was hoping to squelch all the questions with what she had said. She had more then enough and just wanted to go home. After all the dishes were cleared, they were served coffee.

Dana tried to get interested in the movie that was on tv, but all she could think of was the box that was sitting on her bed…. waiting to be opened. Her curiosity was too great to be just sitting idly by…. it had to be opened now. Besides the fact, how would Alice take her opening a present from Lara. Granted , she was dead…. but this was Lara she was talking about. Dana excused herself and went to her room. She sat on the bed and picked up the box. Dana actually felt nervous about opening it, but she did it anyway. Inside…. a miniature version of a grandfather clock. It was beautiful, but it seemed like an odd present. Also inside was a card. She opened the envelope and read its contents.
My dearest Dana,
I hope you haven’t forgotten the anniversary of our first date. I’ll never forget it…. that was the day my life chaged and I knew you were my destiny. I love you, Dana….more than I ever thought possible. You are engraved in my heart, soul and mind. We have a love that will last through all time. As days pass by, my love grows stronger…. deeper. I want to grow old with you…. living , laughing, loving as time ticks by. I was meant for you and you for me…. forvever and always. When the clock chimes…. let it remind you of the love that is meant for you, only you….. my love. Lara

Ooooohhh first comment this is great some real good tension building. I like the “living loving” line too, I really hope Roxy’s partner can put her in her place because she’s getting professionally out of hand. I don’t very much like Tony and I wish I could see Alice get a good punch in on someone, after evrything that’s happened to her she deserves it. hardcore Dana is very sexy…perhaps a time jump to get to the Danish NC-17? :) Wishful thinking perhaps :)
I’m almost rooting for Tony to take care of Roxy. I’m not sure who is more dangerous. lol Roxy got what she deserved when Alice threw up on her!
i think roxy is a little psycho. she is very creepy doesn’t she realise she is pretty much raping alice. i hope dana kicks her ass real soon. i love the story and i hope it works out for dana and alice i think they need there two weeks to end soon and possibly piss roxy off while they are at it. keep postingx
Ok so I was really excited to see that you posted but I don’t know how much more of this Roxy crap I can take. She’s just as crazy as Gina and Lara! I dreading when Dana finds out that Roxy and Alice slept together. Any secrets like that always come out but I know you’ll do us all justice in the end with Dane and Al together :) I’m excited to see the confrontations between Roxy/Alice and Roxy/Dana, that should be entertaining. Alice really does need to put her foot down about how she feels towards Roxy. Sharon should be an exciting addition to the next chapter as well…she’s always entertaining. Also, the whole thing with Gina’s famiy and Tony is creeping me out! What the hell’s with Uncle Mo-Lester? And I just want to throw up when Tony touches Alice let alone kisses her! YUCK! Well can’t wait till my girls are together- ok REALLY TOGETHER :) Post soon!!!
I went away for a couple of days and when I got back home I was really happy to see you posted a new chapter!! Nice to know my comments entertain you. And yes, you made a huge impression on me, I still think Roxy said something prophetic with that line (or is that just my wishful thinking?). :P So, Kristin is helping out Dana with the Roxy/Alice-thing? Mmmh, I don’t want to get my hopes up. First it was Roxy who came to the recue, but look what she turned out to be…’the enemy’ (for the Danish-lovers she really is!). I was very ‘disappointed’ that Lara’s present was just a plain object. :P Seriously, Lara’s present is a ticking timebomb, isn’t it? And yeah, I now know for sure Lara is still somewhere around (it’ll be just a matter of time and she will show up again…). I had a huge smile on my face when I read that Alice threw up all over Roxy. :D The tension between Dana, Alice and Roxy is getting stronger and stronger. I’m waiting for that one to explode. Btw, I’m with Jodeye on the mob-family, they really creep me out!!!!
i was so excited to see that u posted! loved the chapter. sara seems like a nice girl. what’s with all the mystery b/n roxy and the gambino family? good thing that kristin is on dana’s side regarding roxy. i hope alice can find a way to tell dana the truth. i now leave u w/ a very corny joke. unknowingly killing the daughter of a mob boss: 1 manipulative fbi agent. dinner w/ the mob family: 1 bad drunken night. puking all over the fbi agent to stop her advances: priceless. looking forward to ur next post! ^ – ^
oh my god what will happen next and what is in that clock that dana got from lara and what will alice say about it and when will alice have that talk with roxy can’t wait to see what will happen to all of them please post soon
Yeah, you were able to post. Glad to see that. Lara’s body was never found…mmmm. By the way I love Kristin, she keeps evil Roxy away from Alice ;-))…and a secret present from Lara. But my favorite moment has to be Alice puking al over Roxy. hahaha. Another great update. I have a feeling you have so much more in store for us. Thanks for that, I’m already looking forward to what’s ahead.
brteyes, what can I say. I’m speachless (thank Goddess I can type). I loved it. I like everyone else, was glad that Alice yakked all over her, it was sooo funny. She so deserved it. I think the clock might have a small camera, I don’t think Lara is dead and well…Roxy might be involved in that. Hmmm…oh, well, I still love it. I do think Alice needs to tell Dana the truth, it will only get worse if she waits…well, loved it. Please cont. you #1 (filler fan). Cheers!!!
I’m like a scared little kid who watched a horror movie late at night when my parents were sleeping. You’ve got me cowering under the covers peeking out to see if Lara or Roxy are going to slide out from under my bed and kill me!!! I sure wish Alice would wise up and stop all this Roxy nonsense! Cripes!!!!!BTW – Keep up the good work.
