Roxy sat at the kitchen table, drinking her coffee and going over her briefcase full of papers. She kept thinking about last night, who was the person in the parking lot? If it was someone from the mob, there would be some type of threat involved… or at least that’s what she thought. This person just stood there and watched…. but even that worried her. More then likely, this person would be around again.
Alice – Good morning.
Roxy – Morning, Alice.
Alice – How did you sleep?
Roxy was taken aback by the question….. afraid to answer her, but she did anyway.
Roxy – Fine…. just fine. How did you sleep?
Alice – I think you know how I slept….. considering you were in my bed all night… holding me.
Roxy – I’m sorry. I was so tired that I fell asleep. When I did wake up, I was going to get up…. but you were sleeping so peacefully and I thought I might wake you.
Alice – Don’t be sorry….. I’m the one who’s sorry. You shouldn’t have to hold me to make me feel safe…. thats not your job.
Roxy – Did I make you feel safe?
Alice – Yes…. you were wonderful.
Wonderful? Was Alice trying to confuse her now? What did she mean?
Roxy – Wonderful? What do you mean?
Alice – You are a very compassionate woman, Roxy. I’m sure not every agent in your position would be so accommodating…. to hold me, that is.
Roxy – Don’t make me out to be a saint, Alice. I am far from it.
Alice – You have feelings for me, don’t you?
Roxy – What are you talking about?
Alice – Come on, Roxy…. please be honest with me. The way you held me last night wasn’t the way a friend would hold me. When I moved…. you moved with me.
Roxy – Fine, if you want me to admit it, I will. I am so attracted to you, Alice and it’s driving me crazy. I try so damn hard to keep a professional distance from you, but you get to me.
Alice – Damn…. I knew it. That time in the SUV should’ve never happened. Look at what’s happened because of it….. you have feeling for me now.

Another awsome chapter, Roxy’s really lose’n the control over her feelings for Alice I hope nothing happens between them again. And of course Dana and Alice are always perfect together regardless of whats happened on the show. Really lookin forward to your next chapter!!
AWESOME baby! You impress me. Seriously, I used to really like Roxy but now she’s a homewrecking hussie. What is that?! You just love creating chaos dont you? I loved this update. Sorry I couldn’t comment in time for the last chapter. But I have been keeping up to date on your masterpiece. It’s so sad after seeing the show, I wish this story could be the show. It’s a lot more interesting and beautiful. But no, we settle for what we get. It’s better than nothing I suppose. I hope Roxy keeps herself in check..and that Dana doesn’t find out. Seriously, let them be happy! :) Happy is good sometimes..most times..eh? Brilliant update sweetie, can’t wait for the next. Until next time..
there is going to be a lot of heat between all of them and with roxy losing control of her feelings will not help one bit i love it please post soon can’t wait to see what you have in store for all of them
Ok…I posted my comment on this story on the wrong story (*feels a little bit embarassed*). (Note to myself, never open two stories at the same time.)Roxy ruined it for herself (*doing a little dance of joy*), she came on much too strong. I think it’s realy hard for Dana to be in the hospital while Alice is attending the funeral. I have this funny feeling that Lara will show up again, or is that just me? :S You really keep suprising me, I can’t predict what your next storyline will be. You’ve got me hooked on this story! I have one advice for you, don’t kill off one of the main characters. :P (Seriously, don’t!)
Great update as usual! Thank you for having Alice stop the grope-fest…it makes me cringe the thought of Alice and Roxy together. Thank you for continuing our Danish fix as long as you write I’ll read it! The funeral should be interesting…and I’m looking forward to Dana coming home, maybe she’ll be able to keep Roxy a little more in check! Can’t wait till the update!
loved this chapter. definitely felt the tension rising. tsk tsk roxy. good thing alice was able to stop her. so glad dana stood up to her mom and got thru to her. hope her mom does come around. can’t wait for dana to come home. she’s gotta protect her woman. looking forward to ur next post. ^ – ^
Another great update…11 pages that’s great. I’m so glad that Alice stopped Roxy when she did…I’m starting to really dislike her! Loved the Danish moments and cannot wait for Dana to come home and for those two weeks to come to an end…maybe some steamy scenes next time. Again thanks for the beautiful story and for keeping our girls alive.
