Love Revisited – Coming Home Part 30
Previously.
The phone at the nurses station rang. One of the nurses picked it up and then called, Hey, Judy, its for you.
Judy Graham went to the desk and picked up the receiver. Yes, this is Judy Graham. Oh, hi. Yes, the flowers were delivered. They were beautiful. Well, she must not have been too crazy about them because her partner brought them out here and told us to give them to somebody who didnt get any flowers. No, thats all she said. She should be going home tomorrow afternoon. Okay, youre welcome. Bye.
Sure is a lot of drama over one arrangement of flowers, Judy Graham thought as she walked down the hall. People are nuts.
The sound of the phone slamming down reverberated throughoutt the apartment. DAMN HER!
Nancy Richardson was the Assistant DA assigned to the case of the State vs. Faye Buckley. She learned by lesson a long time ago in her fifteen year career as a prosecutor not to ever consider a case a slam dunk conviction. As a cocky new DA, who had not lost a case since she began her stint as a prosecutor, she had let her ego lead her decision-making in the preparation and trial of a case – and it backfired. The jury let her know by their verdict that they were not an adoring audience willing to accept her ill-prepared performance. A defendant in a particularly nasty case walked free. When she left the courtroom that day she vowed never again. She had won convictions on every case since then.
The case of State vs. Buckley was fraught with all the things the media loved: High profile, upper middle-class people, conservative right wing radicals taking on what they considered the evils of a free society, a beautiful art dealer attacked viciously and the pillar of an All American for the People radical group charged with the knife wielding attack. They could probably sell tickets to this event,

HOT! HOT! HOT! Did I say HOT!? This story keeps getting better and better
Great chapter. I meant to ask this question after tne last chapter. Wasn’t Helena suppose to be see a srink and signing her kids over to Winnie and her mom. I thought that not bothering Tina and Bette was part of the deal? Either way I think that all bets and previous arrangements are off it Helena is caught interfearing in Bette and Tina’s like. I guess a broked jaw was not enough for her. Fay may give her up at the trail. Please post again soon.
That was vry HOT! Keep it coming and love this story more and more.
Yes, cpg, you’re right. HellNo’s deal is to get help and you’ll see some of that around Cp. 37. At least her version of receiving help…never trust her.

That was HOT!!! I wonder what this Kelly has to tell the Asst. DA. Keep it going…love the story. Definitely fireworks!!
Fire!!!!! who is kelly don’t let her cause trouble for bette and tina
ok this might be really weird but, could Faye have been turned down by Bette while at yale and that’s way she turned into who she is now??? And hates bette so much. Just a ramdom guess and you know I always have those thoughts in my head. Maybe Hella found out about it and blackmailed her. And 2 new peeps can’t wait to see where you are going with this. And if Bette was smart she would have called the cop that peggy gave her the number to and start making a log of the attempts by hella.
