What? yea sorry… Alice had no more time to lecture Shane about her sleeping habits as Bette had just taken a seat next to her. After one last gulp of coffee Shane said her good byes to the two and headed for the planet door.

She walked out, looked up and down the street but there was no sign of the beautiful brunette.

Rather confused at her own behaviour Shane heeded off home.

Cut to later that night

The bathroom seemed over crowded as Shane tried to gel her hair, Alice was complaining that the eyeliner she had was no good, Bette and Tina seemed to be judging eachothers perfume while Dana sat on the edge of the toilet seat asking jenny if she had chosen the rite shirt.

Shane smiled to herself, she loved her friends more than anything her best friend was Jenny, who she also shared a house with some people may call jenny a bit strange. She is very drawn into herself but hey she was a writer who loved her lifestyle so what can ya do, thought Shane.

Half a hour later they were ready to head out, they were going to "AlterEgo" a new night club that was having its grand opening, just as they walked out the door Shane checked her self in the mirror. This is not something she would normally bother to do but she wanted to look good just in case she ran into the woman from this morning. Alice grinned and nodded at the others that did the same; Alice had wasted no time in telling the others of Shane’s behaviour earlier.

But as none of them knew the owner of the club or much about it other than it was a meant to be the new gay hot spot they stood in the cue.

And then there she was, the woman from this morning, not in jeans tho, in a stunning full length black dress with a slit up to her…for some reason Shane didn’t look where the slit ended she was looking at the woman’s eyes, the were gorgeous, her skin looked so soft Shane was caught in a daydream then she suddenly realised that the women was walking over to her, well to the whole group.
