Love In the Deep South Ch 3
Love in the Deep South Ch 3
Page and Bette sat on the edge of a twin bed. Everything in the room was red green and blue. The toy box, bookshelves, desk, bed, rug, and even the lamp.
I told you that your room here was going to big.
I miss Jo Jo. Can I call her?
That sounds like a good idea. I bet she is missing you too. I bet Angie misses you too. You pick out a book and I’ll go get the computer.
Okay. The little girl jumped up and started searching through the piles of books on the floor.
You sure did make a mess.
I’ll pick them up tomorrow.
Which one did you pick? Bette sat down next to Page.
Monkey’s go on strike.
Again you’ve heard that one a million times, why don’t you pick another one.
No I want this one.
Okay let’s call Jo Jo. Bette hit the call button on the computer. Within in seconds Jodie’s face appeared on the screen.
Hey babe did you guys get settled in. Bette placed the computer on the bed so she could sign back.
There are still boxes everywhere but Page’s room is set up and ours the movers are going to do Angie’s and the guest room tomorrow. The living room is a mess. Honey there is so much house here.
Well it’s a drastic change from our apartment in New York, but it was the move for us.
I know.
I wanna talk. Page reached for the computer.
There is a very sleepy little girl here that wants to talk to her Jo Jo.
Bette turned the computer to face page to Page. She started signing like a pro while she talked.
Jo Jo?
Hey baby? Did you have a nice drive today?
Yeah I miss you Jo Jo.
I miss you too baby.
When are you coming?
As soon as I finish with my sculpture.
But I want you to come now.
You are going to have fun with Mommy. You get to help her unpack all the boxes and tell her where things are supposed to go.

Uhmmmm Bette has another child with jodie? wow uhmmm wow… i don’t like jodie!!
I don’t like Jodie…. Why didn’t Jodie have the baby. Angie was such a sweet little girl. You just keep posting thanks
I really love your writing but I just can’t stomach a story with Jodie in it. I just don’t like the character at all.
Sorry also. just don’t feel Bette and Jodi at all. Can’t even watch them on the show. But keep writing. This is a great site and your a wonderful contributer.
You are a very very brave soul. This is the third JoBette story I have read, but the other two authors were driven away!!! Different perspectives are a good thing. Sometimes, by constrasting two storylines, you can illuminate both. Thanks for statting this. I am very interested to see where it goes.
Good chapter. Didn’t see this coming, Bette have a daughter with Jodi but hope B&T will get back together soon. Anyway please post more, thanks!
I’d like to put you on a slide face down heading into a pool of mud for writing this story!!! BETTE & Jodie…have a child??? incredulous!!!! how could u do it. I hate it. But excellent writing & I’m going to have to read the friggin’ thing NOW I’ve started & got hooked. Where are they living again? Could something not happen to stop Jodie uniting with B??? oh yeah but then Paige would be very upset. Buggar!!! Hmmm…how to get Jodie out of the story & Tina in…PPS
Wow. First JoBette story I’ve ever seen.. and I thought from your history it would be TiBette. Good luck with it.. but since I hate them as a couple I won’t be continuing with it. You are a good writer so do what you have to do.
Hey Charmed, Thank you for this new chapter. At first I thought Bette was escaping a failed romance by uping stick and moving South but looks like she is still heavily invovled with Jodi. I am a TiBetter at heart and so want these gals to reunite but am interested to see how this story develops. Page is a little madam but sweeet too. More please. Much appreciation from Your Loyal Fan.
I hate Jodi. I’m a Tibetter at heart. Normaly I like your stories. But not this one. I think I stop reading.
I’ll stick with it a little while longer just to see where it goes. I gave the first Helbette story a story a chance (though I didn’t finish it) so I’ll give this one a chance too.
