Bette sits down on the floor of her new gallery. “wowI forgot how much work this was. I need to get busy.” She says to Alice, who is sitting with her.
“What you need is a good carpenter.”
“You are right, I need a carpenter.” Bette said. She hopped up and grabbed her cell phone. “I know a great carpenter. I wonder if she would be willing to do it.”
“Bette, is it wise to ask Candace?”
“Al, I trust her work. She is incredible. We have not spoken in over a year. I am sure she has moved on in her life, besides, I am not looking to build a relationship with anyoneI just want my gallery to get moving. However, speaking of relationshipswhat is up with you and Lara?”
“Nothing. Lara and I are just trying to help each other through our pain of losing Dana. Are you going to make a Dana Memorial?”
“
“Angelica or Tina?”
“Angelica, of course. Tina is letting her stay the entire weekend. You guys want to come over and go swimming with us?”
“Yes, I will spread the word. I am sure Carmen could use the outing. Although if Shane goes I am sure she won’t want to. How did everything become so messed up?”
“Honestly,
“Me too. Me too.”
“Al, it is okay to be sad. We all miss her. Especially you. I know you loved her. Let it go,
“Bette, perhaps you should call Candace before Tina gets here. You know how moody she has been lately.”

Oh gosh, please don’t let Candyass get any ideas about being with Bette. Let Bette tell her she does not want her and close that door permanently. Thanks for the post.
Please get RID of Candace, i don’t like her at all, Tina will hit the roof when she finds out, i don’t want anything to happen betwen bette and candace, but hopefully tina gets jealous
How is Bette so upbeat about working w/Candace? They are so bad for one another. She may be a great carpenter but there must be others to choose from?

It seems Candace doesn’t live in LA, otherwise how could she not know the famous couple’s separation? BTW, it looks like Candace has already forgiven Bette.

You guys are too funny. I am not sure what I am going to do…however…Tina getting highly pissed at Bette for working with Candace is a high possibility…not to mention Bette being in the middle of a Helena and Candace feud…although The A. Porter Gallery will look fab. As far as Candace not knowing what is going on… it appears that she has disappeared into her work to avoid the contact with Bette. She does not live in WEHO…which explains how she does not know about the break-up. She cut complete ties…she just wanted to get over our HOT Bette.Bette is just trying to get on with her life and accept the fact that her family is seperated. I suspect Bette will throw some words Tina’s way when Tina has a tantrum about the two women working together…we will see the green-eyed monster come out…what is that…Tina still has deep feelings for Bette and gets WAY JEALOUS??? Honestly at this point I have no problem with Candace being around. Bette knows she fucked up big time and I actually believe she can keep things strictly professional. Yes, Tina will pitch a fit but really she can’t complain. And for the love of all that is holy NO B&H EVER!!!!!!! Bette and Helena as friends is fine but as lovers, no way. Meh I’d rather see B&T single than with anyone else. I am so selfish. =p

I don’t think Bette should run, we can’t run away from problems and people we afraid to see all the time. Bette just need to be PROFESSIONAL and make no mistake again. I’m sure by then Tina would see the new Bette, the one she once loved. Great story.. please post soon
I like your story, but I am such a Bette and Tina fan that anything outside of that hurts and well just pisses the fuck out of me. I would like to see these two work their way back to each other. If it takes outside help or Tina finally seeing what she is giving up then so be it. Please, get these two HOT WOMEN (Bette and Tina) back together.
