"Alice you may use the bathrooom just outside."

"Okay"

Alice left and so did the Doctor

"This is stupid we already know she is pregnant."

"Dane chill out it is just procedure."

"I know. Its just."

"Just what."

"It irritates me that George got her pregnant and then left her. He should be here.!"

"Dana even if he was here and they were together do you really think he would make a good father?"

"No that’s what pisses me off the most. He’s got the easy part, and she has to do everything else."

"Do you love her Dana?"

"What?"

"So you love Alice?"

"Why are you asking me this."

"You say you like her but do you love her?"

"Of course I fucking do Shane."

"What are you doing to do about it?"

Just then Alice walked in

"Gonna do about what?"

"Oh nothing Shane wants me to cut my hair and I dont want to."

"Oh. The doctor said it would be 15 mins for the results."

The three women sat in silence for the next 15 minuets.Then the doctor came back in.

"Well you are indee pregnant."

"Whats next doc?"

"We will do an ultra sound."

"Okay"

Alice laid down and pulled up her shirt. Dr. Wilson applied some jelly and started to move the wand around. It was about 5 minuets until she found the baby.

"And there we have it. There’s your baby."

"Oh my. Look Dana theres the little one."

"Aww."

"Can I get the picture?"

"Sure"

"Thank you"

"Here is a list of some class that you can take if you wish. They are helpful for first time mothers"

"Thanks"

"Well thats about it I’ll need to see you in about a month."

"Okay."

"You can see the recpitionist for you pictures on the way out. I also put a prescription in for nausea."

"Again thank you."

"See you in a month."

They walked out got the perscription and the pictures. They looked at the picture again and googled over the baby. They stopped off at the drug store and got the perscription, then took Shane home.

"Hey Dana I movie for you why dont you come in and get it?"

"What are you talking about?"

"You know the movie you wanted"

"Right be right back Al."

"Okay Dane."

The two women went into the house.

"Now what movie do you have?"

"None now what are you doing to do about Alice?"

"I dunno?"

"You need to tell her how you feel."

"But what if she dosnt feel the same?"

"Believe me she does."

"I feel weird she just got back and has alot going on with the baby and all?"

"Tell me if she wasnt pregnant would you make a move?"

"Not right away but yes I would."

"See you need to tell her."

"I dunno Shane."

"Look Dane I know you love her. The way you have always taken care of her, they way you are helping her now. You make her happy. She deserves your love, the love only you can give her. No one else can love her the way you do. She’s the one for you, and your the one for her. You were waiting for George to get out of the picture now he is. You only get one second chance and this is yours so dont blow it kiddo."

"I wont I promise."

"Now take this movie, just so she doesnt get curious."

"Thank you Shane."

"No problem.See you later."

Dana got back into the car and Alice took them home. Alice came home and took a nap. While she was sleeping Dana cooked her dinner. Dane cooked Alice’s favorite Spahgetti.

"Tell me that is spahgetti I smell?"

"It is."

"Oh Dana you are the best."

"I try"

"Thank you so much."

The two women ate dinner. Chatted some more about the appointment and the baby. They cleaned up and went into the livingroom to watch tv.

"If I would watch anything else"

They watched a few episodes then both women decided to go to bed early. Alice had her first day at work and Dana had to train as usual. Dana knew it was gong to be a long night. She kept racking her mind about what to do about Alice. She did know that Shane was right this is her second chance and she isnt going to blow it!
