Chloe: “Nope”
Sean: “Well let’s hope we don’t get her”
School Assembly
(Full School is present at assembly with all the Teachers on the stage)
Head Master: “I would like to welcome you all back to School for this fresh New Year, I would also like to welcome our new pupils. A few announcements to make firstly I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Mr Morris our new Music teacher and Mrs Porter our new English Teacher. I would hope that you all make them feel welcome.”
(Chloe and Jay both look at the floor as the full school turned to look at them)
Head Master: “Secondly when you leave the hall you may all collect your new time table from your Guidance teacher’s thank you”
(Everyone clap and start to leave the hall)
At the lockers
Sean: “Babe it can’t be that bad on the count of three we will both look at out timetables”
(Jay heads over)
Jay: “Wow hey wait up I can’t look at mine”
Sean: “Aww common get a grip if we have your mom then we have her”
Jay: “Easy for you to say she’s not your mom”
Chloe: “Yeah I know”
Sean: (Laughing) “Ok 1…2…3”
(They all look)
Chloe: “Fuck” (horrified)
Jay: “Fuck off” (traumatised)
Sean:”Shit”
Chloe: “Take it we all have her”
Jay: “yeah”
Sean: “yep”
(The bell rings)
Jay: “Aww that’s just great”
Chloe: “What you in Jay?”
Jay:”Aww what do you think”
Chloe: “English”
Jay:”Yeah, what about you?”
Chloe:” Music, Good luck yeah, you’re going to need it”
Jay: “Yeah thanks sis”
Sean: “Let’s go babe im in music too, least we have two classes together see it that way”
Chloe: “yeah I suppose and we don’t have English till tomorrow”
English
(Jay enters the class and Chris shouts on him to sit next to him)
Bette: “OK SENIORS!! Everyone settle down please”
(The class all settles)
Bette: “As you all know from the assembly this morning im Mrs Porter, and im your English teacher for this year. I will point out I will not accept people disrupting my lesson so be aware”
(Just then a boy puts his hand up)
Bette: “David”
David: “Miss we were all wondering if you were Jay’s mom”
