Life with Mom and Tina Ch 89

"I did and still do but I got talked into coming out tonight." Jess said.

"I am glad. I missed you so much. I haven’t seen you in weeks. " Tina said hugging Jess.

"I missed you too." Jess said.

What no one knew is that Jess had been visiting Bette at work quite often. She had worked out with her dean to be able to take some classes at Art College LA that weren’t offered at UCLA. In fact Jess was doing some independent study with Bette. She was also in Bette’s Advanced Modern Art class.

Bette loved having Jess in her class and she tried not to play favorites. If anything she was harder on Jess than the others, simply because one she expected more from her and second because she knew what Jess was capable of or at least she thought she knew. Jess called her Dean Porter when they were in class until Bette insisted that everyone call her by her first name. It was a small class so it wasn’t long before everyone figured out that Jess was Bette’s daughter. Jess had always wanted to go to school there but they didn’t have a softball team so it got knocked off of her list quick.

"So are you girls having fun?" Kit asked the group.

"Absolutely we are going to have to start coming here more often." Kerry said. Elizabeth quickly agreed with her.

"You girls are welcome here anytime." Kit said.

    "Awesome." TJ said.

"Hey would you like to meet Tegan and Sara?" Kit asked.

"Are you serious that would be totally awesome." TJ said.

Jess had walked to the bar and was talking with Angus who was helping the bartenders out for the night.

"Aren’t you a little young to be in this club?" A female voice asked. The voice sounded familiar but she couldn’t place it. She turned around a got a huge smile on her face.

"Oh my God. What are you doing here? I thought you moved to Paris." Jess said.

"I did I am home visiting for a couple weeks. I was hoping to run into you." The woman in her early twenties said. She had very short auburn hair and big green eyes. Laurie walked up and took Jess by the hand.

    1. Once again, a job well done! It is no secret that I love jess and laurie. They are such the young B&T! But I smell trouble too. I thought Jess had never had a serious relationship with another girl…but she doesnt kiss and tell, right? haha! Post again soon!

    2. Well, we knew Jess had been with at least 1 other girl prior to Laurie, but I had no clue it was THAT serious. I’m not getting the homewrecker vibe from Cat at all. However what I DID pick up on was that Shannon wasn’t there and I wonder if she spent the evening alone. =/

    3. I have been reading your story for a while but havent had an account to comment.I really love this story and look forward to your posts. I agree with lammentamini shanon is going to feel left out because she was not invited.

    4. Sorry for the rough week and camp, but hey you are heading to the beach. Try not to fry the body too much. Jess and Laurie are so cute and I can understand Laurie freaking out a little. Since she looks so much like her mother (Bette) there must be alot of people after her. I am still feeling some of Nay Nay’s pain. I hope that one day that she gets to be as close to Bette and Jess and Bette are. Have fun but post soon.

    5. Hi Charmed, what do you mean BAD news. It is GREAT NEWS that you have a week off and even GREATER NEWS that you get to spend a portion of it at the BEACH :o). Listen we love you story and love reading , but we also love you and want you to be able to enjoy youself. A happy and rested Charmed makes for a happy writer. Besides I am sitting her in a land locked state, heck go to the beach for me :D. I also think that Shannon is going to feel left out when she realizes that she was not invited. Remember, she turned down Bette’s offer for dinner to rush back to campus to go to the party they were all suppose to attend. It is GREAT that they both made the National Team, and yes Cat could spell trouble.

    6. Sorry I haven’t commented on your story for a long time, but life got in the way. Catching up was great, loved it, you’ve made my day. Thanks

    7. yesss! you are back! i miss this story like the others. I am concerned about Shannon cause she felt out of place wiht her family and it is bad thing. I hope Cat won’t put in the middle between Laurie and Jess.
