“Okay.” Jess said shedding her last shin guard. She placed them in the dugout when she past it.
“Is your sister not going to run?” asked Coach Stone.
“Yeah She runs 6 miles every morning.” Shannon said. Lilly walked toward her.
“Shes looking good today.” The UCLA recruiter said.
“Yeah they all are.” She said as she walked past her.
“Hey Lilly.” Shannon said.
“Hey Nay Nay. When did you get back into town?” Lilly asked giving her a hug.
“Yesterday I missed you at the planet last night.” Shannon said.
“Yeah the JV team had a game.” Lilly said. Coach Stone was standing next to Shannon watching Jess run.
“Oh sorry This is my coach Carla Stone. Coach Stone this is Lilly Knotts.” Shannon said.
“Its nice to meet you.” Lilly said shaking her hand.
“Its nice to meet you too I have heard a lot about you and your amazing team.” Carla said.
“Yeah they are pretty amazing.” Lilly said.
“Especially that catcher of yours.” Carla added.
“Shannon why dont you go say hello to the team I am sure they will want to see you.” Lilly said.
“Sure, I was just about to ask if I could.” Shannon said heading for the gate.
“Is she really only 15?” Carla asked.
“Yeah she is. So she is kinda young to be recruited.” Lilly said.
“I know, but I just wanted to meet her and let her know that we were interested in her coming to play for us at Carolina.” Carla said.
“You and every other top 25 college softball team.” Lilly said. Lilly turned and pointed to the other recruiters sitting in the stands. Lilly had become very close and very protective her Jess and the whole team because it wasnt just Jess that was being recruited.
“I see. Would you mind if I met her at least.” Carla said.
“I guess. Follow me.” Lilly said.
“Hey Lil can we get some face time too.” The recruiter from Florida said as the walked by.
“You already got an introduction Bob.” Lilly said. The girls finished up the last lap and headed for the locker room
Lillys office
“Jess can you come here for a minute.” Lilly asked. Jess was finished changing as was packing her bag.

wow… thats a lot ot take in… a year and a half… i do hope you go back… would have loved to see tina pregnant… but i do love your sroty and write it the way you want… we will be here to read…

I always felt that Jess felt like she was loosing her mom. First Tina, then the boys came along then Bette let Jess know that Shannon was her older sister. Now add Angelica to the mix and you have a child who once was everyone’s pride and joy now is just on of the kids. I guess the gallery is her last of her comfort zone and now Bette and Tina are thinking of selling it. I hope that they can work it out and maybe hold onto the gallery. This is a great story and I love to see this entire family work together.
one year and half it’s a long time but i know you will full us of what happened then. I understand Jess but run away is not the way to fix the problem, she need to talk with her moms cause B&T always have been available to listen and support jess. nice story i like it i can’t wait to read what will happen
Always a great read…Is it weird that when I picture Jess I see Shane, I don’t know where that came from but any way…love the story and I agree with most, Jess needs to talk to Bette about how she feels concerning the galary. Post real soon.
Wow so Jess is already being hunted by recruiters. That’s a lot of pressure on a kid who isn’t sure what she wants to do. I’m curious to find out why they had to let go of Prue.

Charmed, Again another awesome addition to your fabulous fan fiction. I loved the way that all of the characters interact and related to each other. Hopefully Jess will be able to tell her moms just how she feels about the gallery and why she wants it to stay in the family.
