Life with Mom and Tina Ch 123

    The Next Morning at Practice

Jess ran her last lap while the rest of the team were finishing up the practice.

"Jess come on in." the Beverly the coach called.

"Sometimes I forget the stamina that she has." Doris Said.

"She’s only been going at it for two hours. I am taking bets that she can go another four." Kelly said.

    "Funny." Beverly said.

    "Who’s being funny?" Kelly said.

"She’s right. She can run for hours, and with everything going on I bet she could go all day." Shannon said.

"Can one of you go out there and get her to stop before she hurts herself?" Beverly said.

Kelly and Shannon looked at each other.

"I’ll go." Kelly said. Kelly ran out to Jess. "Coach says to stop."

    "Okay." Jess said.

"You gonna tell me what’s up." Kelly said as they ran back in.

"My mom’s old girlfriend who helped raise me until I was 3 in none other than Professor Anne Phillips. I had no idea until yesterday morning." Jess said.

"Ouch. What are you going to do?" Kelly asked.

    "Be civil." Jess said.

"Glad you girls could make it back over here." Beverly said.

"Sorry." They said and joined the rest of the team.

Bette sat nervously in the parking lot waiting for Jess to come out. When she saw some the players come out she got out of the car and stood next to it.

"So Jess are you going to dinner tonight?" Shannon asked.

"I would rather not see mom at the moment." Jess said.

"I don’t think you are going to be able to avoid that." Kelly said.

    "Why?" Jess asked.

"Cause she is standing right there." Kelly said. Jess looked up.

"Crap. I do not need this right now." Jess said.

"Look at it this way little sis. Now you don’t have to go to class." Shannon said.

    "I guess." Jess said.

    "Catch you later." Shannon said.

"Call me and let me know how it goes." Kelly said.

"K." Jess said and headed for her car.

    "Jess." Bette said.

"What can I do for you mom?" Jess asked. She opened the back hatch and threw her bag in.

    "Can we talk?" Bette asked.

"Last time I did that I found out that the woman in my nightmares was real. No thanks, I don’t feel like talking." Jess said.

"I’m sorry that I did that the way I did. Please forgive me." Bette said.

"Why should I?" Jess asked. She closed the hatch.

"Give me a chance please." Bette begged. Jess walked around to the car door.

"Why should I? You never give me another chance when I screw up." Jess said.

"You’re right. I have been harder on you than I should have been but I thought I was just doing what was right for you." Bette said.

"There you go with excuses again." Jess said and turned to walk away.

    "Jess please." Bette said.

    "Please what?" Jess said.

"Please let me explain everything." Bette begged.

"You know I have never known you to beg." Jess said.

    "You forgive me?" Bette said.

"I’m not sure, and I don’t know if I am ready to have a relationship with her yet." Jess said.

"So dinner with me, Mama, Shannon, and Anne is out?" Bette asked.

    "You didn’t." Jess said.

"Well Mama thought it might be a good idea." Bette said.

"I guess since I’m going to be in the shed painting today anyway." Jess said.

"You aren’t going to Art Lab." Bette said. Art Lab was the second class that Jess had with Anne.

    "Nope." Jess said.

"Come to lunch with me at the planet just like we used to." Bette said.

Bette knew that Jess could never resist lunch at the planet the one thing that would never changed.

    1. I like your story, it always seems to have twist to it… I think maybe Jess and Tina should think about how the situation is on Bette too… Jess is a difficult persons some times ;) Update soon =)

    2. You gotta give Jess credit, I don’t know if I could handle her life. Tina kinda let Bette off easy, wasn’t much of a fight and they had make-up sex. A bit more talking with each other before making decisions would be good.

    3. I think right now that Bette should let Jesse make up her own mind about Anne Phillips. If she wants her in her life so be it If not they should leave her along. thanks

    4. Bette is right what she would do without Tina! let me tell you that i start to freak out when Tina took the children out, i thought o no! this will be a huge fight! but i am glad that they was civil! i think is moment to chill out and start to move on.

    5. I love this story and everytime poor jess gets back on her feet something happens and turns her whole world upside down poor thing I hope it all gets better soon for her please post soon I love it and great update aswell

    6. Charmed thanks for not letting Tina and Bette have a huge fight. I’m like youo, I don’t like it when they fight and are on bad terms with each other. Although, Bette should have thought about the consequences of having that woman in their lives again. Never should have done that and she really should know better than to piss Tina off. Tina can take anger to the nth degree and then some when she wants. She can also love to the nth degree which she does with Bette and her family. She is the proverbial Tigress when you hurt her wife and children. As it should be.
