"Tell me who are the child playing on the beach in them." She asked.
"What do you think?" Jess asked.
"Clever." She said.
"Jess tell us a little about yourself." Joy said.
"Why don’t you just ask me what you want to know? I won’t lie." Jess said.
"Okay then. What happened in Spain?" Joy asked.
"The USA national softball team won a four game tournament against Spain." Jess said.
"That’s not exactly what I was referring to." She said.
"I didn’t think so. My girlfriend and I were out together and we were photographed…… a lot." Jess said. The audience laughed.
"So your Gay?" Elizabeth asked.
"I am." Jess said.
"How does your family feel about that?" Joy asked.
"They are fine with it." Jess said.
"Tell us a little about your family" Rosie said. Jess’s Cell phone started ringing.
"Sorry." She pulled it out of her pocket. "Speak of the devil. Hi Mom." Jess said.
Bette looked at Angelica who had the phone. She took it from her quickly.
"Hey Baby. Sorry Angelica was playing with the phone." Bette said.
"That’s okay. My little sister was playing with the phone." Jess explained.
"Is that your mom?" Joy asked.
"Yes. They are all probably sitting around at the Planet watching. Hey guys. Aren’t you all supposed to be working." Jess said.
"Well let’s get her on speaker phone." Joy said.
"Umm. Okay." Jess said turning her phone on the speaker phone. "Hey mom you are on speaker phone."
"Jess you didn’t" Bette said.
"Yes she did." Alice said laughing.
"Ms. Porter how do you feel about your daughter being on National TV?" Rosie asked.
"Its Bette and I happy for her." She said.
"So Bette what do think about Jess going to parties at such a young age?" Barbara asked.
"Well I didn’t know, but we don’t have enough time to go into that." Bette said.
"Seems you have raised a very smart talented daughter." Barbara said.
"Thanks I have to go my 2 and half year old is screaming for the phone." Bette said.

Charmed you handled that interview so well. This chapter was great and so was Jess. Loved it.

Wow…Jess is the essence of cool. What did you mean in your comments about “should you continue?” You are under contract for at least another year…don’t try to back out now. We will be waiting for another post soon. I love this story…don’t be trying to take it away.
Oh man I was waiting for someone to let loose a swear word that would be loud enough to be heard through Jess’ phone. LOL! Power suit huh? Definitely a mini-Bette.

Wow charmed, I thought she was going to get ambushed and instead she ambushed them. I love this line and the phone ringing during the interview-“I didn’t think so. My girlfriend and I were out together and we were photographed…… a lot.” Jess said. The audience laughed.As for continuing, I have read and loved every chapter in this story and will continue reading whatever you post. =)
