Marina was in the back room, doing inventory
    when
    Jenny
popped her head in something a bit
    wicked blazed in her eyes.
    Marina
was dusty, having been getting rid of
all the junk that had expired.  She
dusted off her hands, smiling at
    Jenny
    as she winked at her.

“I got a new script job.”  She announced and a huge grin spread over Marina‘s face.
She opened her arms, so happy that she wasn’t going to have to read the
awful scripts that had been coming into their home as of late.

“No more ***** werewolves?”  Marina asked hopefully and Jenny laughed.

“No.”  Jenny said, she bound into the room, grabbing Marina and pressing her into the stock
    shelves.  “I have a job, developing a
    script for
    JC Marie
    .”
    She said and
    Marina
narrowed her eyes.  It was a name that was familiar to her and
    then she placed the name.

“The same one who wrote the
    detective series that
    Dana
and Shane are always talking about?”  Jenny nodded, having literally read two books in the last
day.  She was jumping for joy, she had
wanted to get a feel for the woman when she’d put her words into a script form.

“But it’s not that series.  She wrote a stand-alone book, called The Girl Next Door.  They need it in script form.  She saw my name on the list of people who
worked on stuff for Alpha and asked for me.
I submitted a mini script from her other series and she loved it.”
    Jenny
said and Marina pulled her close, kissing her hard.

                “That is wonderful Jenny.”
She said into her mouth and
    Jenny
ran her hands up and down Marina‘s tall frame.

“Hmmm…  I want to celebrate….”  She muttered, grabbing Marina‘s ***** and Marina smiled, kissing her again as Jenny moved her hands into Marina jeans, caressing her *****.

“Here?”  Marina asked breathlessly, Jenny nodded yes, and Marina kicked the door closes and locked it
    smiling impishly at her girlfriend.

“You knew?”  Bette asked Candace and she nodded, Candace nibbled on a nail and said.

“You were all defensive when I asked
you who you were stuck in the elevator during the quake.”
    Candace
replied and rolled her eyes.  Bette acted as if she didn’t know anything, when in
    reality, she knew what
    Bette
was thinking sometimes even before Bette knew what she wanted.
