Tina was recovering from the most intense orgasm she had ever experienced; Bette kissed her heaving chest listening to her breathing turn back to normal. Neither one wanted to say anything that might ruin the moment. Tina’s body was still buzzing from the high she was on, no one had ever touched her quite like Bette just had as if she wasn’t just trying to make Tina cum, she wanted her to feel so much more than that.
And boy did she! Tina was so confused she loved Bette…but they were best friends, sure they sometimes came across more than friends and were pretty much dating without kissing and having sex so would things really be different? Tina didn’t want to stick around and wait for the answer that she knew Bette was ready to give her. “Tina” Bette whispered into her neck, her heart skipping a beat waiting for Tina to respond.
“I gotta go” She got up so fast that Bette was flipped onto her back, never in their years of friendship had Bette seen Tina dress so quickly. She fought back the big romantic speech that was on the tip of her tongue instead she sank lower into her covers bringing them over her head. Tina looked back feeling guilty she could hear Bette crying, all she wanted to do was hug her.
Usually Tina was the one to cry in bed and Bette was the one who brought her the break up food and rented old movies for them to watch snuggled up, however this time Tina quietly crept out the house. A fresh set of tears fell when Bette heard the door close knowing she was alone.
Tina fought with herself outside of Bette’s house, her hand still on the door handle not knowing whether she was coming or going ‘You just left her in there crying her eyes out after she just opened up to you! What are you doing get back in there!’ She was scared that things were going to change between them, that their friendship wouldn’t be the same because of this thing that hung around them now.
Instead she turned the other way and headed for her car, she needed to talk to someone. Bette sat with her knees to her chest at the top of the bed; she had finally stopped crying and was now looking around the room as flashbacks popped into her mind. She could no longer remember why she was crying, this was only awkward if they made it.

Oh shizz, if I was Bette I would be so pissed. After be embarrassed by her leaving, she has to share it with their friends, in a bar. Not cool. I wouldn’t talk to Tina for a while, nor show my face at the Planet for a while. Way to go Tina. Sheesh. PPS!
