Well before the stars of the Hawaiian night sky began to fade, the blissful sleep for the six women from LA ended. It was a little before three in the morning, and already the hotel provided coffee pots were brewing Chocolate Macadamia Nut Kona coffee, the heaven sent drink and its aroma jump starting the early morning for the family. Bette and Tina awoke with smiles on their faces, each knowing well what the day ahead meant to them. The early hour didnt seem to phase them, as they gazed upon one another, staring into each others souls, thankful for the lives that they had shared together, and the future that was still untold between them. Bette wrapped her arms around her wife before leaning in to place a gentle and loving kiss upon Tinas soft lips.

Tina closed her eyes, a single tear forming in its corner as she pulled away from the beautiful embrace and whispered back to Bette,

I love you too.

A light knock came from the hotel door, disturbing the loving moment.

That must be Alice. I better get that.
Awwww Bette, cant you stay here with me for just a few more minutes?
I wish I could T. But there will be a lot of minutes to wake up and spend next to you, we have a lifetime.

Winking at Tina, Bette smiled her disarming smile at her wife, one that conveyed not only the love that she felt for Tina, but the reassurance that no matter what, she and Tina were meant to be together.

Tina looked on with a saddened look as she watched Bette gather her things from the room.

I cant believe the girls talked us into this babe.
Neither can I. But it will all be worth it, trust me.

Bette finished gathering her things, and walked over to Tina for one last embrace, followed by a kiss, before heading out to the door of the room to meet Alice.

Well come on.dont just stand thereget moving. Kit is already waiting in the room, and Shane and Dana will be here in a few minutes. You didnt forget anything did you?
