You want to know why you hardly find Irish coffee in any of the caf?
    Yes, I do.
Ill tell you when you come back next week.
And next week I will pay for the coffee, deal?
You said it, you will come by next week.
    Yeap.

    ————————————————————–

Each time after the meeting in LA, I would purposely ask some friends to join me for dinner. Before 12 midnight, Ill be heading to Yeats. Every time I walked into the caf, I certainly will choose a seat at the bar.

What would you like to have? Coffee or tea?

    Coffee, please.

What kind of coffee would you like to have?

    Irish coffee.

Occasionally, somebody sitting near by is usually surprise at the tacitness between us.

Why it is hard to find Irish coffee in any caf? I bring up the question from last week.

This is because Irish coffee can count as one of cocktail drinks. Is fairly easy if you to order Irish coffee at any pub.

Really? Irish coffee is a cocktail?

Irish coffee is mixed with whisky. And so it is considered as whisky-based cocktail drinks.

Is a pretty interesting cocktail drink.

Yeah, thats right. Even it is a cocktail drink, Irish coffee is still special. You have to drink it while is hot. Is best to drink in those cold silent and lonely nights.

Ok. Well Tina, Im just curious. Are you any related to Irish?

Tina takes off her spectacles, Look into my eyes.

You trying to hypnotize me? Im getting nervous. Shes so close.

No! Where do you get that kind of idea? Look closer and you will see the different.

I stare at her eyes. Beautiful and mesmerizing too.

A quarter of me am Irish descendent.

Tell the truth, I cant really recognize the differences. I blush slightly as the space between us has been reducing to just a few inches.

How much do you know about Ireland?

Not much, except the notorious IRA. I shrug.

The Irish adore freedom. In the struggle for independence from the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland just expresses their feeling a little extreme.

She put her spectacle back and says, On 1922, after a long and bitter guerrilla campaign against the British Army, Ireland is granted partial home rule. Ireland becomes a full republic in 1949, but this doesnt include the Northern Ireland. The Irish Literary Revival was a period of overwhelming significance for the Irish nation. In many ways it could be said that Yeats did more for Ireland at the turn of the century than anyone else.
