It’s been a week since Bette and Tina saw each other. Tina’s been busy trying to get her project green lighted. Bette’s been pacing. Our hero wanted to call Tina but she figured Tina will call her, because girls always call Bette Porter back. However, she didn’t take in account that Tina is unlike other girls. The sexy blonde has too many things on her mind to play games with Bette, right now. When Tina needs to get her job done then it’s her job that will come first. Finally, our hero threw her arms up in defeat accepting the truth; Tina will not call her. So, she picks up her cellphone to call Tina, instead.

Tina smiled at the incoming call. "Hey you."

    "Hey yourself. How are you?"

    "Fine. You?"

    "Good. Thanks."

They stayed in silence once the formality was out of the way. Bette wasn’t sure why she called Tina, but she was happy when she heard the young producer’s voice. Tina was also glad to hear Bette’s voice, and finally she broke the silence.

    "Sorry, I haven’t call. I’ve been busy."

"That’s cool. It wasn’t like I was waiting for you to call. We didn’t say we would call each other." Bette rambled.

Tina laughed. "That’s right. So, why did you call then?"

"Um. I don’t know, honestly." Bette admitted. "Just to hear your voice, I guess."

Tina smiled. "Don’t tell me you’re falling in love with me, Bette." The young producer teased. "Because I’m too busy to fall in love, right now."

"Ha! Me? Falling in love with you? I thought you knew of my reputation, Tina? Remember I’m Bette-not-interested-in-love Porter!" Bette stated trying to convince herself and Tina.

Tina chuckled. "Whatever you say, Bette. Just be honest with yourself."

"Well, I am. Anyway, I have to go. I’ll talk to you later?"

"Wait, Bette. How about dinner tomorrow?"

Bette smiled. "Are you asking me out on a date?"

The sexy blonde giggled. "No, because usually a date would mean I benefit from it and vice versa. However, I’m not expecting anything from you at the end of the night. I just want to hang out. I enjoy our time together. You make me laugh, and I haven’t done that in a while since my break up. So, what do you say? "
