“My parents are here…. from Wisconsin. Surprise.” She shouted sarcastically, “They’re going to kill me, they’re going to kill you. *****.”

“Don’t worry, T. We’ll take care of them.” Bette said sweetly as she kissed Tina’s forehead. “We have each other.”

“You won’t for long,” Dana butted in, nodding towards the two angry Kennard’s who were headed this way. “Bette, if I were you, I’d look out.”

“Bette go, while you still can. I don’t want to get you involved with my family.” Tina said, her eyes re-filling with tears. But her eyes didn’t shimmer with happy tears, they were downcast with tears of fear. “I love you.”

“I’m not leaving you.” Bette shook her head and watched as Tina’s parents approached, their faces disappointed.

“Christina.” Her mother said coldly, grabbing her daughter’s arm. “Come on, we’re leaving.”

    “No.” Tina said quietly.

“Don’t tell me no, we’re leaving now.” Her mother shot daggers at Bette with an evil glare, “You stay the ***** away from my daughter.”

“Leave her out of this!” Tina shouted, causing the whole cast to turn and look in her direction. “Get your hand off me!” She broke free of her mother’s grasp.

“Excuse me, Mrs. Kennard.” Ms. Galla said, offering a smile to Tina. “Please, it has been hard day for both of the girls. Your yelling isn’t helping and you’re making a scene, we’d appreciate if you left the stage. Thank you.”

“Don’t tell me my business, *****.” Mrs. Kennard said. Tina was so taken back by her mothers words that she began to cry, sobs shaking her body. Bette threw her arms around Tina, stroking her fingers through Tina’s blonde locks.

“Shhh it’s okay, T.” Bette said softly, “It’s going to be okay.”

“Christina, I expect you outside in 5 minutes. Tell all your friends goodbye, because tomorrow we’re taking you back to Wisconsin. And you will never, ever step foot in the state of California again.”

Tina’s eyes widened and her mouth opened, but she said nothing. She looked to Bette with fearful eyes. “Bette… *****!”

“Oh *****, T.” Bette said, tears spilling over her own lids. “This is my fault, all of it. I’m sorry, I’m so ***** sorry.”
