The doctor enters and takes a few tests and can happily tell Bette and Tina to go home.
Can she fly? Bette asks worrying about the trip home.
Yes, I dont think that will be a problem. But you should get all the rest you can get. The doctor says looking at Tina.
Yes, doc, I will rest enough. Tina says. The doctor leaves.
Shall we go? Tina asks.
Yes, could you wait here, Ill have to make a call, need someone to pick us up. Bette says as she is on her way out the door.
She walks to the nearest payphone and call Joanna and Jeffrey.
Hey, its Bette, are you available to pick us up? Bette asks.
Thank you, well wait down by the door. Bette replies and hangs up. She walks back to Tina.
There, all ready, were being picked up in 10 minutes or so downstairs by the front door. Bette says. She takes Tinas hand and help her down from the bed. They walk slowly down, they use about ten minutes, because Joanna and Jeffery are already there waiting.
You got mom and dad to pick us up? Tina asks as she smiles at Bette.
Yeah, I asked them yesterday when you were brought in. They were here last night, I forgot to mention that to you. But they were. Bette says and squeezes Tinas hand softly.
Thank you, could we wait until tomorrow to leave? Tina asks pleading.
Yeah sure, why? Bette asks.
Were having dinner. I really want to have that dinner. Tina says.
Off course, well stay till tomorrow. Bette says and kisses Tina gently on her forehead. They walk up to they walk up to the car and say hello.
Tina hug her mom.
Im sorry. Joanna whispers in Tinas ear.
For what? Tina asks.
Its because of us youre in here. She replies.
No, dont think like that. Tina says. Lets just have that dinner. Tina continues.
I didnt think you were up for it and Bette said last night that shes taking you home. Joanna says.
Yeah, we are going home, tomorrow after our dinner. But maybe we could have it at Seans house instead? The doctor told me to take it easy and rest all I could. Tina says.
Yes, off course, we can have it there instead. Joanna says.
Lets go. Bette says as she helps Tina into the backseat off the car. Bette jumps in on the other side. Tina rests her head on Bettes shoulder and Bette brings her arm around Tina.
Hey, Bette? Tina asks softly.
Yeah babe? Bette replies in the same voice.
I think were having a girl. Tina says and smiles. I can feel it. She continues.
You can? A girl huh. Bette says and stroke Tinas neck gently.
I have also thought of a name. Tina says next.
You have really thought about this havent you? Bette asks smiling.
Yeah, the hospital visit, got me thinking. She says.
So, would you like to share it with me? Bette asks.
Yes, I would. Angelica. Tina says, waiting in anticipation for Bettes responds.
Its beautiful baby. Bette says and turns her head to face Tina. She leans in for a sweet loving kiss. Her eyes waters up so does Tinas.
It means Angelic. Angel. Shes our angel. Were blessed with a second chance. Tina says starting to cry a little. Its still painful to think back on the loss of their son.
Our angel. Bette whispers kissing Tinas forehead.
Joanna is listening on Bette and Tinas conversation and her eyes is watering up. Their love seems so strong, why would I ever want to deny her that. Joanna thinks to herself.
They park outside the house. Bette jumps out of the car and runs around to Tinas side and opens the door. She helps Tina out.
Here baby, take my hand. She says. Tina does so.
Sean is coming out of the house, jumping. He throws his arms around Tina.
Im so glad youre okay. He says.
Tina is so happy, she finally has her family back. Bette can see the changes in Tinas eyes.
Yeah, I have to take it easy from now on. So were going to leave tomorrow. Tina says and breaks away from the hug.
No, so soon? Sean asks.
Yeah, we wont take any chances with the baby. Bette replies. And stroke Tinas back.
Were having a dinner tonight here, is that okay? Sort of a good bye dinner. Tina says.
Sure, when? Sean asks.
About six, or somewhere around there? Tina says.
Yep, okay. Sean says.
Well well be leaving then, and well see you at six. Jeffrey says as they get into the car again and drive off.

Its six and theres a knock on the door. Christina runs and opens it.
Hey, grandma and grandpa. She says.
Hey you. The replies back.
They move into the living room, where Tina is relaxing leaning back onto Bette. Tina sees that her mother is not totally comfortable yet, but is working on it.
Little Scott has become very fond of Bette. He jumps onto the sofa wanting to be in her arms too. He settles next to her. Looking at her and then at Tina and her stomach. He slowly takes his hand and carefully touches it. Tina smiles at him.
Oh, she kicked. Tina suddenly says. DO you want to feel the baby? She asks Scott. He nods and moves onto Bettes lap and put both his hands on Tinas stomach. She moves his little hands to where the baby kicked.
There, you feel it? She asks him. He smiles.
Yeah. He says and smiles. Christina moves up close.
Can I feel it too? She asks. Tina smiles and reaches out her hand.
Here there did you feel it? Tina asks her. Christinas face lit up.
Yeah, cool She says and hold her hand there for a moment.
Shes really being active right now. Tina says and turns her head towards Bette. Bette moves her hand over to Tinas stomach also to feel her baby.

Emily is in the kitchen finishing up the dinner. Joanna walks in to help her set the table.
Im glad you came around. Emily says to Joanna.
Yeah, Im not used to it, it still feel a little uncomfortable, but I, working on it, it gets a little better every hour. Joanna says and gives her a little smile.
Thats he important thing. Tina and Bette are made for each other, everyone can see that. They complete each other totally. Its really beautiful. At least thats what I think. Emily says. They finish up in the kitchen and move everything out to the dining room table.
Dinner is ready. Emily calls out.
