Pam and Nicole did not hear the conversation that went on between Shane and Alice as they were busy having a conversation of their own. Pam finally told Nicole that she was bi, and Nicole acted like she wasnt surprise at all. Nicole had sworn that she wasnt going to tell anyone at work unless Pam wanted her to. Nicole and Pam were still unaware that Tina was in the house.

Shane asked Pam and Nicole if they wanted to go to the back room with her as she pulled a small bag out of her pocket and showed it to them. Both women nodded and all three stood up to leave.

Alice: Hey, where are you guys going now?

Shane: Well be back in a minute.

Alice: Why am I always the one stuck holding the table?

Shane: Because your good at it Al (winking at Alice).

Shane, Pam, and Nicole walked away from the table before Alice had a chance to respond. Alice just shook her head in amusement. Well, now that Im sitting here alone, maybe a chick will approach me. Alice thought to herself.

Back at the dance floor, Bette continues holding on to Tina even though the slow song had stopped playing. Bette didnt want the moment to end. Tina also remains standing there with her arms wrapped around Bettes neck.

Tina: (smiling sweetly, looking into Bettes eyes) I think we better go.

Bette nodded and led Tina off of the dance floor still holding on to her hand, instead of heading back to the table, Bette pulled Tina through the crowds and towards the bar. Bette has no intention of returning to the table at this time, she was going to take advantage of this situation and try to spend some time alone with Tina. Bette ordered long island teas for the both of them then led Tina into an isolated area in the back of the club where they could talk.

Bette: Im surprised to see you here tonight Tina.

Tina: (Loving the sound of Bettes voice when she say her name) Yeah, me too.

Bette: I know its none of my business, but I was wondering what made you decided to come. I meanis everything going okay between you and Bryan? (Bette wishing Tina would say its over between us)

Tina: Well, lets just say Bryan and I have our differences.

Bette: (Bette decided to let it go since Tina acted like she wasnt in the mood to elaborate) Tina, can I ask you something?

Tina: You can ask me anything Bette.

Bette: Do you believe in love at first sight?

Tina: (taken aback by Bettes direct question) I dont knowwhat about lust at first sight? (Tina teased)

Bette: (smiling) Im serious.

Tina: (sighs) to be honest BetteI dont (Then shyly admitted) until I met you.

Tinas words were music to Bettes ears. Bette was so relieved and overjoyed at what she just heard that she felt like a heavy load has just been lifted off of her shoulders.

Bette: (smiling) Tina, thank you for being so honest with me. I feel like Im in a dream, it was just last night that I was admiring you from afarwishing, hoping, and imagining me and you hooking up together, and now, having you standing here beside me, talking to me IIfeel overwhelmed with happiness.

Tina: (Loving Bettes honesty as well, and for some reason it didnt scare her) Bette, I have to admit, when I first laid my eyes on youyou took my breath away, and it scared the ***** out of me, I never have feelings for a woman in that way.

Just then Bette slid her left arm around Tinas waist and with her right hand; Bette reached up to Tinas face, caressing her cheeks, and tracing her jaw and lips with her well-manicured fingers. Tinas body shuddered at the touch. Tina was beginning to get nervous but she didnt want Bette to stop.

Bette leaned down slowly and placed her soft lips on Tinas. Bette then pulled back to see if Tina was okay with what they were doing. When she saw the desire look in Tinas eyes, Bette took it as a sign of approval and placed her mouth back on Tinas. It began as a gentle kiss, tasting, nibbling, and learning the feel of each others lips, but soon Bettes desire had flared and she wanted more. She pulled Tina a little closer to her, Bette gently licked Tinas bottom lip with her tongue asking for entry, Tina opened her mouth and allowed Bette access. When Tina felt Bettes tongue touch her own, she softly moans into Bettes mouth. As the kiss went on, Tinas hand found their way around Bette shoulders. Tina then began to run her hands up and down Bettes bare back and when she did, Tina began to wonder what it would feel like to be with Bette that way; Tina felt her legs becoming weak.

After a few minutes of tongue dancing, both women had to pull back for air. Bette rested her forehead against Tinas, smiling and panting. Tina, staring deeply into the eyes of the beautiful creature in front of her was lost for words. Bettes kiss had blown Tina away. She couldnt remember ever feeling this kind of intensity from a kiss with anyone in her life. Bette was definitely a better kisser than Bryan, hands down. Tina thought to herself.

In the meantime, across the room of this isolated area in the back of the club, sits Shane, Pam, and Nicole, they were huddled up in a corner getting high on coke and feeling horny. Shane leaned over to kiss Pam passionately, and then looked at Nicole not wanting her to feel left out; Shane leaned in and kisses Nicole as well. Nicole did not resist for she was feeling horny and wanting to experiment. All three women were unaware that Bette and Tina were also in the same room.

Pam: (stretching out her arms and looking around the room) I feel soooo good. (Suddenly she looked over in Bette and Tinas directions) hey Shane, isnt that Bette over there?

Shane: (looking up after doing another line of coke) yeah, looks like it.

Nicole: (looking toward Bettes directions) looks like she found herself a woman. (Not recognizing that it was Tina)

Shane laughed softly at what Nicole had just said.

Nicole: Whats so funny Shane?

Shane: You dont recognize who shes with?

Pam and Nicole squinting their eyes to look due it was dark and trying to see who Shane was talking about.

Pam: Holy *****! Is that Tina?

Nicole: God almighty! That is her! What is she doing here? I thought she was with Bryan!

Pam: Damn! Look at the way theyre holding each other. I didnt know Tina was into women! Poor Bryan.

Shane: Now, now ladies, Bette Porter is not just any woman.

Nicole: (still looking over at Bette and Tinas directions) I have to admit, they do make a beautiful couple. Shanes right, I would have fallen for Bette too if she wanted me.

BETTE AND TINAS CORNER

Bette and Tina still unaware that they were being spied on by their friends.

Bette: Tina, I dont know whats going to happen after tonight, all I know is I want you in my life.

Tina: (head still resting on Bettes forehead, looked down on the floor) I wish life was simple.

Bette: (lifting Tinas jaw up with her right hand so that she could look into Tinas eyes) Tina, please listen to me I have no control of your feelings and I cant tell you who you should or shouldnt be with, that is your decision. But if your feelings for me are as strong as I have for you, I beg you to please give me a chancegive us a chance.

Tina: Bette, I feel so conflicted, there are a million things running through my mind right now, but I have to be honest, Im scared to death of what I feel when Im around you and especially now, what I feel when you kiss me. I have never felt that way with anyone.

Bette: (smiling) then will you see me again when were back in LA?

Tina: (smiling back) Im willing to take a chance with us, but I need to ask you to be patient with me. There are a few things that I have to sort out before I could even consider seeing you again.

Bette: (giving Tina a quick kiss on the lips) Im willing to wait as long as it takes.

Just then Shane, Pam, and Nicole who were high as a kite approached Bette and Tina. When Tina saw Pam and Nicole, she quickly released Bette from her embrace and had a deer in the headlights look. Pam and Nicole looked at Tina with their mouths open as Tina pulled them aside.

Pam: Whats up boss? I didnt know you were here.

Tina: Guys, its not what you think (Tina lied).

Pam: Okay, we know, youre experimenting.

Pam and Nicole both looked at each other and giggled.

Nicole: Dont worry Tina, we wont breathe a word. This will only be between us (Nicole winked at Pam).

Tina could tell that Pam and Nicole were either high or drunk. Both of them were acting too silly and happy.

Tina: I mean it guys. I would really appreciate it if neither one of you mention this to Bryan. I will take care of it.

Pam: Dont worry, we wont say anything. Its not like your running off to marry her.

Pam and Nicole both laughed at Tinas nervousness. Tina didnt think it was funny.

Tina then walked back to where Bette and Shane were standing. Bette looked at Tina with concern in her eyes and asked if she was okay. Tina nodded and told her that she was ready to go, Bette put her left arm around Tinas shoulders, when Bette met no resistance she gave Tina a quick kiss on her forehead not caring that Pam, Nicole and Shane were watching. Tina actually slid her right arm around Bettes waist as they walked off holding each other with Tinas head resting on Bettes shoulders. For some reason it felt natural for Tina to be in Bettes arms. After watching the interaction between the two women, Pam mumbled to herself Bryan is in trouble.
