    Author Notes:

    Well we left off where Bette adn Tina were packing up the car for their weekend away. They were on their was to Jennys to drop off the little one…

    Here it goes……

    ’Its her choice babe, she’ll learn, I hope’.

    ‘I got a text from Kit before we left. She and Angus were leaving quite early so they should be there before us.’

    There was silence for the next 10 minutes in which they had been in a traffic jam. Past the jam, down a road that had so many twists it could be called a roller coaster, they reached a bridge. Bette stopped and looked up into the sky. There stood the hotel or should I say the mansion? No word could describe the size of it.

    ‘Do not tell me that that is where we are staying!’ said Tina in a disbelieving voice.

    ‘I’m afraid it is T’.

    ‘It looks like something out of a bloody horror movie’ she replied.

    ‘I suppose it probably looks better on the inside’ replied Bette in an unsure tone of voice.

    Tina didn’t reply, instead she sat staring up at the place where they would supposedly be staying the weekend.

    Bette had a quick glance at Tina then started to drive up towards the Hotel.

    ‘It’s now or never’ she said under his voice.

    Tina turned and looked at her in a disapproving way. They travelled slowly up the road leading to their –hotel-. As they got closer they could see that it had to have been built at least a hundred years ago. Some bricks seemed to be loose and the paint, which was supposedly once white, was now a dark cream colour , the windows themselves looked as though they would fall out at the slightest touch.

    They came to large black gate that separated them, from the adventure they were about to embark on. It was already open so Bette drove straight through.

    ‘ It looks like we’re the last ones to have arrived’ said Tina as she gazed over to the right where there were 2 cars and a motorbike parked.

    ’Is that Helena’s car..?’ She moved forward towards the other cars, and parked on the end.

    ‘Yes it is, I guess she changed her mind.’

    She turned off the engine and took a deep breath.

    ‘Well, were here’. She sat still and turned to Tina. She sat silent looking down at her hands.

    6. This story is sounding really scary. When I read this story it reminds me of the Tower of Terror ride at Disney World (which is my favorite ride). The old hotel and the weird things going on. This is very intriquing. Hopefully the gang will be safe and intact physically and emotinally when it is all over.

    13. Hmmmm CC Forrester? Isn’t there an author of lesbian novels by that pen name? Now, I don’t know about y’all, but I would have skipped this little adventure. Leaving my baby for an entire weekend….HA! Not happening. Not enough details to make me want to actually go somewhere to see somebody that nobody seems to know. This is a bit scary for me. It reminds me of a movie I saw with Taye Diggs and some other people that I can’t remember. They got similar communications to go to some place. They went in but not all of them came out. The plot thickens. I’m hooked! Please post soon. Hopefully, I am way off target here, cuz I don’t want anything bad to happen to my girls.
