I Wish CH 12
Tina rushed around the hotel suite, gathering a bunch of Angelica’s toys, and things she might like to have over the next few hours. She chatted to Angelica as she started placing all of her things into a bag.
"Your going to see your Mama in a little while baby, are you excited?"
Angelica cooed and giggled to the tone of Tina’s voice. She heard the word Mama, and got excited at the familiar word.
"Are you excited Angel? I’m pretty sure your Auntie Kit is. She was just bubbling at the thought of seeing you. And from what she said, your Mama is just waiting to get you into her arms."
At the word Mama, Angelica squealed her enthusiasm.
"Do you know who Mama is Angelica?"
Again the toddler squealed at the word.
"Well that is excellent. She will be very happy with that reaction. I know I am."
Tina smiled at the miniature of Bette that sat on the floor.
"My gosh, you look so much like her. It’s unbelievable that you aren’t from her blood. Maybe all the love she gave us when we were pregnant let her spirit make you. What do you think babes?"
Tina scooped the little one up and kissed and hugged her.
"Do you think there is some of your Mama in you?"
Angelica giggled and clapped, and put her tiny hands on the side of Tina’s face. Looking straight into her eyes, she leaned forward and gave Tina a sloppy, open mouthed , drool laden kiss.
"Well you definitely have got some Porter in you for sure." Laughed Tina. "Although I think your Mama is still the best kisser in the entire world . Less drool I think, but I am sure if you could get some pointers from her when you’re older you’ll be a charmer just like her"
"Okay little one, that seems to be it. Are you ready to go? Are you ready to see your Mama?"
Angelica squealed once more and squirmed in Tina’s arms

"Okay, lets go!"
Bette sat on the patio of the Planet, obscured by a large plant, hoping to catch a glimpse of Tina as she dropped Angelica off. She wasn’t ready yet to face Tina, to see her face to face. She knew she needed to, but that was for a little later. Maybe when Tina came to pick Angelica up. Yeah, she told herself, maybe then.

Angelica show her that Bette is her Mama as much as Tina, is good to see that Tina is willing to make amends with Bette
I have the same goofy smile on my face as Bette when I hold my Boo. Couldn’t image what it would be like not being able or allowed near him. Kids and their mothers (and fathers too) can be such a magical combination. Get Tina and Bette together, not just for Angel’s sake, but for the course of love.
