“Fuck.” Tina exhaled. “That went badly I’m going after her.” Tina rose and followed Rosanna into the ladies room. It was a large area and spaciously appointed. She waited in the anteroom for Rosanna to emerge.
Rosanna hesitated when she saw the blonde sitting on the arm of one of the wing chairs. It took a lot for her to lose her temper and Tina was pushing her to that place.
“I am really sorry. I said some things a few minutes ago that were just plain wrong. I apologize.”
Rosanna just looked at her. The blue eyes were guarded.
Gaining some assurance from the brown haired blue eyed woman’s silence Tina went on. “I know that you love Bette and I know that she loves you. You have done nothing but love her. I know that. You have treated me with courtesy and respect and I have not returned your graciousness in turn.”
Rosanna sighed audibly, her anger was dissipating and the apology sounded sincere. On one level she understood that the situation was intolerable. She herself had been in Tina’s shoes in love with someone who was with someone else and feeling that she was losing her. Hell the woman who once completed her was sitting at a table in the very same restaurant awaiting her return.
“Tina this situation is not easy on any of us. I’m asking you not to make it any harder. No more games please. I don’t have the temperament for them.”
“Agreed” Tina responded ducking her head. She felt like a monster. She looked up and met the blue eyes again in challenge. “I was an idiot to ever let her go.”
“True.” Rosanna responded dryly, folding her arms across her chest.
Looking into the blue eyes she saw them twinkle with amusement. Tina swallowed hard. She understood that she was in for the battle of her life.
“So we understand one another?”
“Perfectly” Rosanna replied.

Let the war begin. Rose is definitely winning the battles, but MY MONEY is still on Tina to win the WAR and her WOMAN!!
let the games begin…think I said that b4…lol! question is will it become too much for Bette after all her character seems like the type that if something is too much then maybe it aint worth it. NEXT POST PLEASE!!!!
I don’t care who wins as long as Bette is happy. But the person who wins better be dang sure there in this relationship for good. Ro doesn’t need to be pinning over Theresa and Tina doesn’t need to have sudden feelings for “whatever.” I’m just tired of Bette being pulled in all directions and having her emotions played with and her heart stomp on, intentional or not.
Rosanna is getting on my last nerve. I hope Tina whips her butt!! Hmmmm, I wonder what Rosanna would do if both Theresa and Kate gave up on her and set their sights on Tina…wonder what Bette would do? Oh, never mind! Fight, fight on Tina! Kick the door down, knock Rosanna on her butt, sweep your woman up in your arms and run like hell!
Ah, I trust that henceforth they’ll conduct themselves with the decorum befitting grown women. Splendid! That being said, the score (Well, someone’s gotta keep a tally) by my reckoning is Ro 4, Tina 0. 5-0 in Ro’s favor, actually, because Bette’s still with her. T better have something great planned, because Rosanna hasn’t lifted a finger yet, and she’s mopping the floor with Tina. Hmm… I got it! Mud wrestling! See, Tina could broach the subject, and be game for it, while Rosanna and her good Montclair breeding would be rightfully repulsed by such an idea, therefore giving Tina a chance to win points by default. Yeah… No? Dang. I thought I had a stroke of heartburn-induced genius there. Tina, kiddo, you’re on your own. Thanks for the dignity-restoring chapter, kelika. I don’t like it when Tina’s vindictive. Oh yeah…I think they both perfectly understand each other! Tina shows strength and character in following Ro and continuing with the apology that she started earlier. I still want to know what Ro and Theresa discussed during dinner though! Thanks for the post Kelika!

Kelika, I have just caught up with the latest chapter and must say WOW! Once I get my breath back. That was awesome. Just loved Tina being the dominant and determined woman. Going after Bette is such an unapologetic manner was wonderful. Shook Bette right to her foundations. As for Tina and Rosanna, the battle lines are drawn; the troops ready to fight and the strategies in place. Can’t to see the first salvos of weapons fired. More please. well, Ro seems pretty sure of herself but as i said before, it will be up to Bette to decide but it could get ugly, i hope neither of them will figh dirty and i also hope that Tina wins :)
