Previously: She reflected on Tina’s family dinner proposal. The scent of Tina’s perfume was still on her mind. She thought, “Wow, did she look good tonight. She’s got to have a hot date tonight that she’s not talking about”. She remembered some of their hot dates and times together. She shook her head wondering, where and why did it go so wrong? It was nice to have dinner just the three of them but somehow, somewhere, everything got fucked up. Whatever was the cause it was over now. It was time to move on.
Chapter 2
The weekends seemed to blow by fast when they were together. Bette, Helena and Angelica usually had a blast exploring the town for preschool friendly activities or sometimes just staying at home, swimming in the pool, creating new works of art or checking out the hottest new child friendly movie. Bette was still trying to understand how to deal with the mind of a four year old. One thing she was learning was that no matter how logical your point was, you cannot convince a four year old to do anything she doesn’t want to do.
Each time they were together it made Helena miss her own children more. She contemplated revisiting the issue of custody but giving her current financial state and the fact that the children were stable with the current arrangement of them visiting her on holidays and her seeing them on the occasional weekends, she came to the conclusion that it would not be in anyone’s best interest to push the issue at all.
Thanks to her mother’s generosity she was able to periodically fly out to New York for what would turn out to be world-wind action packed weekends to see them. She and Winnie were getting along well for a change. On one of those trips as they were sitting and having some coffee waiting for the kids to get themselves together. Helena brought up her run in with Lolita and the memory of the five-point-tongue-technique. They were able to get a good laugh about it. “Well, that just did not work for us as advertised did it?”
“No. I think our relationship was just never right for something so challenging and advanced”

There we go again little manipulating Tina. Every time Bette is out of her league she’s trying her best to get her back and doesn’t evenhide it for anyone but once she has Bette where she wants her she just treats her like a piece of dirt and I don’tlike that one bit. Otherwise this was very well written doc. :)
damn you Tina! hey, Is this is belena or a tibette story? he he…it really doesn’t matter. great post. I rooting for T in this one. but Helena might need to bring the bitch out to fight for her woman! either way I will be happy. pps

Okay!!!!! I just went back several chapters to read the previous story AND WAIT FOR IT cuz u all know I’m a trublu TiBetter but YOU have me hooked on this Helena/Bette combo so I don’t want to see Hel hurt and I do want her to have Bette’s babies!!!! Shit I scare myself saying it. As for this Tina, honey you missed the boat and it’s time you moved on so Squirl I suggest u write in some new hottie to take T’s breath away and to stop her harassing Bette. Omfg did I really just say that???!!!! I must be going crazy. Tina shouldn’t use Angelica as emotional blackmail on Bette besides which I’m sure Helena is a wonderful mommy to Angel. PPS
God you got me on this story! Hook, Line and SINKER!!!! First I want to say that there is nothing wrong with a Type-A woman *cough*cough* Um…as long as I’m not with her, cause two Alpha’s would be a terrible mix. Now, the love between B&T, you are gently mixing in, I can see where you don’t want to have it come to the forefront completely, but are teasing us with their feelings. Oh for sure, I am a firm believer that when true love exists, it will know no boundaries. There will be moments that arguments occur, even breakups, but when you can find your love guiding you right back to one another, THAT is a love that is genuine. I see that happening in this story. B&T are going to show each other, through actions, that the words they used in the past “I love you,” had weight to them. Their actions are going to confirm them. My wife and I had our share of disagreements, and a few times that we had parted. However, it was never for long, because love always found a way to bring us back together. I’m loving the story, and this sentence here… “Winnie, I’ve been attracted to a variety of women, just look at you and me” ROFLMAO!! That cracked me up. PPS!
Squirl this was indeed a great chapter, Tina is not hiding that she wants Bette back and now Bette is worried, cause she still harbors old feelings for Tina, which IMO happens alot of times. Loved it S.
I do like me some Helena, I mean come on, coming from a tibetter, even when she was a dragon, the words of our bette lol!, she was a HOT dragon rofl!, but I don’t know, you kno when in some stories you can tell weather it’s going to be a tibette or belena ending, I don’t know with this one, but Im enjoying, so Keep On
enjoying this fic and the unfolding drama…but i’m a belena through and through, so hopefully that’s the ending, but a little drama keeps it exciting…PPS…
naaaaw, now, see i see a total problem with tina in this one. this is the return of the “i don’t know what i want but i want everything when i want it and don’t care who i hurt to get what i want even if i’m going to stop wanting that thing that i am going to steal from whomever when i feel like i want something else”–tina. this is the tina from the darkside…and it ain’t true love, it’s manipulation i’m afraid. i think your helena and bette aren’t alpha anymore, so i don’t think that tina’s or winnie’s ‘critiques’ are valid. they should both mind their own business. a relationship built from an outside person’s manipulations and interferences, ain’t gonna be terribly stable. bette and tina have gone down that road before and it’s time for tina to let it go. bette is frazzled from her memories and from genuinely missing her gf…so…c’est la vie. she’ll survive. lol, wow, i felt strongly about this one. pps!
Good chapter. Poor Bette – this looks had for her. I hope Tina is not just manipulating her as HB suggests.
Love the banter with helena and winnie. sine they are getting along wonder where they headed? bette still has these feelings, and yeah for tina for being so forward!! but she better do the work, they both need to do the work! great chapter….loving it…

Yes, Squirl. I’m YOUR lo, your Lo Lo Lita! Your faithful and dedicated reader w/ a crush! Anyway, I love Belena, but Tibette adds the nice proverbial wrench in their love story. IF Bette chooses Tina (which I’m hoping she won’t, and won’t regret it either) please let Helena find solace in the arms of Lolita! HA HA!
