AT THE CLUB
As Candace and Bette got out of the car, Candace noticed the line was rather long. There was going to be at minimum of a ten minute wait to get in.
"I have the ten bucks cover charge " she told Bette.
“You sure?”
“Yes, I have it” Candace replied.
About five people back, stood Max Tina, Glennn, Shane and Dylan. Glennn told Tina he would pay for them, everybody else would pay for themselves.
After standing in line for a minute, the couple behind Candace and Bette got into an argument. she stormed off he followed right behind her saying "but baby….” Candace smiled at Bette who smiled at her. It was a rather amusing sight to see the guy chasing after his girl like that.
Max and Tina were engrossed in conversation about the Dixie Chicks latest CD and concert tour, which was conveniently interrupted when Max noticed that Bette was in front of them.
“Um…that’s Bette Porter…in front of us” he whispered to Tina.
“Bette from tonight’s game?” asked Tina as her eyes widened.
"duh yea" Max replied.
Bette was telling Candace how stoked she was about winning the game, and how this being her Senior just made it all the sweeter.
“I’m so proud of you Bette” Candace said. “You really busted your ass to get that ring”
“I sure did. I can’t tell you how many times I hit that court” Bette said. It was only a moment later she left somebody at her. She turned around and her eyes met a set of baby blues, the prettiest ones she had ever seen.
As Bette and Tina stared at each other, it was like everybody else just disappeared. Each of them forgot to breathe. Bette was thinking, ~~~ it is the hot girl from the Planet….my god, she is like two inches away say something. ~~~
Tina’s eyes remain locked on Bette’s, while she too had a mental conversation in her head with herself. ~~~ shagging my dream girl right in front of me ~~~ Without realizing it, Tina had started to whisper her thoughts under her breath “I must think pure thoughts”
Bette heard what was suppose to be a very low whisper. It caused her to chuckle as she smiled at Tina. By Bette’s reaction, Tina realized she must have said that out loud and started blushing. Max just stood there watching all this play out, rather amused at how taken both woman had obviously been with one another. He casually bumped Tina, bringing her back to the land of the living.

WOW!!! And you say you hope you get better… You’re actually doing an amazing job Tylo! You know how to build a big enlightened castle where some would have just built a little dark house (lol to this not so subtle architectural metaphor, but you know why!). Just go your own way, it’s “parfait”. The more I read (and re-read lol) this story, the more I like it.
It’s great to be able to read alpha Bette in FF since we sure as shit aren’t getting it on the show.

Tylo, I am really enjoying your story, it is very good and you got me enraptured from the start. I loved how Bette beat up Glenn, and how both women just fell for one another, like it should be….
I love sports. Even travel to Houston to see the Comets Love C. Cooper. Bette sure did show Glenn that you dont mistreat a Lady. He will remember that Bette ko him. thanks so much for posting

Yep those Marist girls took them to the shed and laid a whipping on them. FSU is not doing to shabby either. I have a feeling that they will be working for the same organization. Hope that it will not be a problem if that does happen. Besides they do make a cute couple.

T, you know how I feel about your story, as we discuss it frequently away from this site. You have done a terrific job, and as I said before, the progress in your writing is amazing. In four chapters the growth is extremely obviuos. The dialogue is being added in now, and it is adding a smooth transition to the story. You have wonderful ideas, and you are not afraid to question things that you want to have more insight on, which is an excellent trait. Some people will just wing it and write anything they want. However, your story means alot to you, and you can see that in the amount of time and effort you put into it. I know this first hand.You know I am with you for the long haul, and although I am privy to a little bit coming up, I know you are keeping alot of it hidden up your sleeve. I LOVEEEEEDDDDD the Alpha coming out of Bette. Hell she wasn’t going to take any shit from Glenn huh? (BTW, you have no idea how many times I almost changed that to Greg…LOL). Go Bette! I am glad that Tina seemed to have liked that little more assertive and aggressive side of Bette. Some woman don’t appreciate that, but hell I would!!!!!
