    Beth: Your making a big mistake

     

    Bette: It’s what I do best

     

    Beth: You’ll regret itdon’t do it Bette she loves you and you love herBette I know youyou don’t ever fall in love and you probably never will again

     

    Bette: What?

     

    Beth: You heard meshe’s the love of your life and you will never find it again

     

    Bette not wanting to hear Beth anymore cut her off mid-sentence, said goodbye abruptly and ended the phone call. Her mind was set.

     

    Tina’s Apartment

     

    Tina was drying her hair when she heard a knock on the door. It was Alice.

    She opened the door and was just so happy to have a person with her she hugged her tightly.

     

    Alice: missed me?

     

    Tina: Ahh al, I’m so stressed

     

    Alice: About what TinaYou two will get over whatever it is your fighting about

     

    Tina: I hope so

     

    Alice: Well I hope the fight’s  not about something silly like who get’s to be on top

     

    Tina rolled her eyes at her friend

     

    Alice: What? With you two you never know..

     

    Tina: I think I’m pregnant

     

    Alice shook her head slightly and was confused

     

    Alice: But how Bette can’t get you pregnant

     

    Tina started at her friend in disbeliefwaiting for the actual realization to hit herin a few seconds it did and her mouth dropped open

     

    Alice: Whoa. Eric. *****

     

    Tina: Exactly.

     

    Alice: ***** Tina, I’m guessing Bette didn’t handle that well

     

    Tina: Well I told her I was late but she was distracted, and didn’t grasp what I was saying. Then when I called to speak to her earlier she was so obnoxious and meanso I’m guessing it finally dawned on her

     

    Alice; What are you going to do?

     

    Tina: Well I’m going to take the test now and your going to sit here and hold my hand

     

    Alice: Lucky me

     

    Tina: I told my mom that me and Eric are over

     

    Alice: Are you trying to be the queen of drama this week as well?

     

    Tina: The timing felt right but I;m beginning to think I should of waited

     

    Alice: Yeah I can see your using your head

     

    Tina: I don’t know what I’m doing.

     

    Alice: I can see thatAre you ready to do this?

     

    Tina: Nobut what choice do I have

     

    Alice: Man I wish I had a camera to get your reactionit’s going to be priceless

     

    Tina: Why did I want you herethis would have been so much simpler on my own

     

    Alice: I’m sorry I’ll be serious and miserableWe can be twins

     

    Tina swatted her friend and walked into the kitchen, She slowly opened the box and took it out.

     

    Alice: You do that any slower and you wont have to even take the test because the baby will be about to be born

     

    Tina: I’m nervous

     

    Alice: Ok okbut look if your notwell then everything will be okay

     

    Tina: What if I am?

     

    Alice: I don’t want to lie to you

     

    Tina: Ok here it goes

     

    Tina walked to the bathroom slowly and Alice followed.She peed on the stick and set it on the counter

     

    Alice held Tina’s hand and each of them looking at one another waiting for the results. Each of them having their hearts beat quickly

     

    Tina scared for the results.Alice scared for her friends reaction

    3. It’s great to have good friends you can call on. I hope they make it pass their insecurities. I don’t mind children, but it being Eric’s would be too complicated, and only mean that Eric would have to be back in the picture. And, Tina’s mom would push Tina to reconsider marrying Eric, and more drama. Maybe sometime down the road when they are both more mature and plan a pregnancy I’d be happier about their situation. So, I’ll just wait to see where you’ll take us with this. Yup, I’m still here. Sometimes I am just a chapter or two behind, and have to catch up, and then I only comment once I get all caught up. But, I’m still enjoying each chapter. Feel free to post as soon, and as many as you can.
