Alice and Shane entered the Bar 46 arm in arm as they always did. They made their way through the hordes of people and went over to their usual table where Bette, Tina and Jenny were already sat. Alice nearly always used Shane as a security blanket as she sat next to her. They all said their hello’s and Alice thanked the other girls for getting in the first drink for them. Alice chuckled as she saw they were having a cocktail night and they had got her a Cosmo, complete with an umbrella, cherry on a stick, orange stirrer, straw and a sparkler. They always knew this cheered their friend up.

Alice looked into the crowds and realised they were getting the usual stares from the tourists who visited the bar. The locals were used to the group of girls, but you could always guarantee that there would be a few people visiting LA who found out this is where they hung out. There were always a few who asked for photos or autographs, but most of the girls didn’t mind as it showed them that people still loved the show.

The taxi pulled up outside the club and Dana got out. There was a small queue to get in, but she got in line and looked up at the awning with the letting stating Bar 46. It didn’t take long to get to the front where a female bouncer winked at her and allowed her through the door. As Dana passed she glanced back only to catch the bouncer watching her ass going into the club. Although she was not Danas’ sort in the slightest, she could not help but smirk again at the fact that the decision to put on her figure hugging jeans was a good move, accentuated by her tight t-shirt.

With new found confidence Dana almost swaggered through the crowd to get to the bar. She stood sideways on and looked at the array of drinks. She really fancied a beer. A group were served and left the bar area and Dana managed to find a stool and sat down. A friendly faced girl came over and smiled.

Bartender – “Hello sweetie, I’m Sara. What can I get ya?”
