    BeLena Chapter 5

    PREVIOUSLY

    Helena was brought out of her reminiscence as she reached the end of her ascent.  She took in a deep breath and jumped down on to the ledge, there she saw her, her Bette sat on the ledge, drink in hand, looking down at the world passing by.  And what a sight she was, beauty personified, if only her damn camera wasn’t on the other side of the roof.  She tentatively walked down the steps and called out to her beloved

     

     

    “Bette…”

     

     

     

    CHAPTER 5

     

     

    Bette looked over at Helena and gave her half a smile

     

     

    “You look terrified”

     

     

    “I am”

     

     

    “Of me?”

     

     

    “No of course not, I’m terrified that I’ve ruined things between us”

     

     

    Bette shook her head, placed her drink down and jumped down from the ledge before making her way towards Helena

     

     

    “You are too bloody cute”  Bette stated as she took Helena’s hands in her own

     

                                            

    “You’re not mad?”  Helena asked cautiously

     

     

    “I was furious”

     

     

    “I am so very sorry sweetheart, I should never have hired her, I don’t know what I was thinking, Mummy just happened to mention how great her work was at Provocations, well not her personally because she couldn’t remember her name, but in reference to her, when I was talking to her about hiring a carpenter and I had a look at some of the work she’s done since then, she really is fantastic at what she does, and I didn’t think it would be too much of a problem if I talked to you about hiring her but I completely misjudged the situation and…

     

     

    “Helena take a breath already, I said I was furious, as in past tense ”

     

     

     

    “Sorry”

     

     

     

    “And stop apologising”

     

     

    “Sor…” Helena stopped as she became victim to Bette’s infamous raised eyebrow

     

     

    “You were right about it not being a problem to hire her, I agree she is a very good carpenter.  But you should have told me… before the initial meeting.  Now, I’ve had time to cool off and assess the situation and I realise it must have been difficult for you to approach me about it, but seriously sweetheart we’re so good together because we’re so open with each other.  I never want you to feel as if you can’t talk to me about something, anything and everything goes ok?”

I’m glad Bette got over her anger about Hels hiring Candace and it is a great sign for their relationship that Helena doesn’t feel threatened by Candace at all. Post soon!

    16. Geez, woman! If your stories were televised on our show, I would have one heck of a time trying to decifer which I liked better, TiBette or BeLena! And that is saying a lot! What I mean to say is, very delicious story indeed! I think that the world might of ended or something while I was reading but your story was so sexy and so freaking hot that I didn’t notice.
