Alice: Shane we’re outside come and meet us halfway
Shane: Ok I’m on my way
Alice: Bye
Alice turns towards the women
Alice: She said that she would meet us so come on
Alice leads the way the other women follow…Bette turns to Tina
Bette: T whenever you are ready to leave just tell me
Tina: Ok I will
The women arrive on the second floor and are greeted by Shane
Shane: Hello and thank you for coming
Alice: I told you that we would be here
Shane: You know me Al I have to see it in order to believe it
Bette taps Alice on the shoulder…She turns her head
Bette: It’s good to know that someone agrees with me
Alice: Whatever
The women arrive at the apartment…Shane opens the door and the women walk into two rooms full of what yes women…A few guys but 98% women…Alice’s eyes light up like a slot machine…Dana walks over to them
Dana: Hey Alice, Bette, Tina, and this must be Kit
Kit extends her hand
Kit: Yes you are right. I am Bette’s older sister
Bette: She’s my half sister
Alice: Like that makes a difference you’re still blood
The women make their way over to an empty table in the corner near the dj table…They all take a seat
Alice: Shane where can I get a beer around here?
Shane: I’ll get you one.
She looks around the table
Shane: Hi Kit we haven’t met I’m Shane can I get you anything?
Bette looks at Kit
Kit: I’ll take a bottled water if you have it
Bette: Shane can you get me and Tina a-
She looks at Tina
Tina: I’ll have a beer please
Bette: I’ll have one also
Shane: Coming right up
The women get comfortable at the table…Tina holds onto Bette’s hand
Alice: So Tina how’s the job going?
Tina: It’s pretty good. I have developed alot of pictures and I can’t wait to take photos of the opening night.
Tina looks at Bette
Tina: Don’t forget that you must meet with the mayor tomorrow you know the grand opening
Bette: Right
Dana: The opening is-
Bette: This Friday. Which is in the next couple of days
Dana: Has everything been delivered?
