    Chapter 74 – All I AM

    As Tina works this through she realizes that whatever it is
    Bette did these things for her not against her and well isnt that the truest
    expression of love.  As this thought hits
    her tears spring in her eyes as she looks into Bettes eyes  Bette I have one question for you Tina
    starts softly indicative of the gravity of the question.  Why did you do these thingsI mean really
    why?

     

    At this question Bette turns again to look at Tina in the
    dark.  With only the light from the
    street shining on her face Bette tries to show Tina all the genuine love and
    sincerity in her heart.  I love you
    Tina, both of you and I have and always will protect you with all that I
    have.  Whether we are together or not I
    cant leave you and your well-being to fate. 
    I will always make it my responsibility to assure that you two are taken
    care of. Bette says with a passion that relays just how important this has
    been to her.

     

    That is why I also brought Jackie to town.  I knew of the quality of person she is.
    Bette couldnt get anymore out as Tina is interrupting her.

     

    Jackie You brought Jackie to town? Tina says
    incredulously.  Now the wheels were
    turning as Tina looks at Bette and points her finger at her.

    It was you.  YOUYOU
    are the one that Jackie was talking about.

    Chapter 74 – All I AM

     

    Tina is left staring at Bette, being held spellbound with
    the wheels of her mind turning, as she realizes the scope to which Bettes
    activities had been.  The shock of this
    realization stunned Tina as she is looking to Bette to confirm her
    suspicion.  As she looks, Tina is trying
    to see into Bettes eyes, her soul to see the truth.  Was Bette behind the MYV Foundation and is
    that the big thing that she is trying to get out?

     

    Tina is having difficulties getting her hands around the
    concept of how this could all be possible. 
    The scope of what Bette is implying is just too vast.  Hadnt Jackie described someone with
    self-less devotion, love married to passion and determination?  Well Tina had to admit to herself that
    description could accurately be applied to the new Bette she had come to know
    over the last few months.  As the initial
    shock begins to wear off, Tina reaches out and gently lifts Bettes chin so she
    is looking directly into her eyes.  The
    only way that Tina would know the truth was to see it for herself.  There, yes right there, there it is the truth
    in Bettes eyes.  Its true!  It was Bette.

    27. Jwet I can’t tell you how much this series has meant to me. I remember at the begining how everyone was rushing you to reconnect TnB but I was grateful you did not. You carried us on a journey of human faith and emotion that has been a pleasure for me. To see two people who are deeply in love come undone is heart wrenching. Your examination of their abysmal moments was required for a full appreciation of this particular chapter. Bette has exposed all…something she had never done…not even to Tina. I always told my good friends that truly being in-love is a scary thing. I believe so b/c you have to truly reveal yourself, flaws and all, to the other person. The possible rejection is what makes it scary…at least for me. But if there’s unconditional acceptance, by God it’s worth it! So Jwet, thank you for making us realise that in essence, there’s no reward without risk.

Awesome as always Jwet…I cut and pasted about 12 chapters into a word file and took my laptop to the lake this weekend so I could reach the end of the story, I was so looking forward to seeing how it was progressing along.     43. I sighed and cooed my way through this. The build up over time made this such an amazing reunion. Good for Tina, she answered like a women in love – “her words were like a caress to Bette’s heart”. I hope when they wake-up that Bette does tell her she was at Anna’s birth.       Tina reaction to Bette’s confession was unexpected but true to her inner being; her acceptance and acknowledgement showed how love and affection can conquer all. This involuntary and intuitive response has completely floored Bette. Your skillful words have charmed your readers in to knowing that this is exactly true honest emotive writing at its best.
      I appreciate all the blood, sweat, tears and toils that you go through to spread this wonder and joyfulness. Recharge your batteries whenever needs be because the result is always well worth the wait.
      Bette and Tina’s reconnection is steady and sure. These women know each other’s souls and therefore without all the bump and grind of other sexual encounters, you have shaped as sumptuous, sexy and sensuous scene. It is truly beautiful to behold.

      Were did the big fish that slapped the sense into Tina disappear to? Is it is setting up residency in the pool? Were the blinds close to the bedroom or did the neighbors get an eyeful? Did Tina get the bedroom sound proofed? Did Tina slip Anna and Irene a sleeping draft? Will Bette join LA’s naturist club next? Has Tina used the internet to get the directions to all Bette’s nooks and crannies?
      Can’t wait where you take me next.
      Am sure that Bette’s revenge on Helena is somewhere in the future. Agree that getting Bette back in the house permanently will provoke some challenges.

    56. Great! I’m glad Tina thought about everything and took it as it was intended. I think Tina will be happy that Bette was there when Anna was born. I think a nice way to tell her would be in the three of them lying in bed together in the morning.

      I really liked this line: “These are the things that only happen in fairy tales, a love so strong that it persists despite all the damage done to it”. Isn’t this what we call True Love?
