Alice walked down the small corridor, ready to see her love. Dana had set up a surprise for her, and she had just gotten there. Shane and Carmen were at the door and took her coat after greeting her, “ So you gonna tell me what’s going on, or do I have to threaten someone?”.

Shane just smiled as she took her coat, “ Sorry Al, but none of us know what’s really going on”.

Alice looked over to Carmen to confirm whether or not Shane was telling the truth, “ It’s true Al”.

Alice took a deep breath afraid of what she was getting herself into. She continued a small walk until she reached a small table where Kit was standing behind of, “ Hey Baby Girl, You ready?”

Alice smiled and hugged Kit, “ To be honest Kit, I’m fucking scared to death”.

Kit smiled and returned to the table, “ Well, I got something here for you from Dana, she said she wanted to make you feel special tonight, so you have choice A and Choice B”.

Alice looked at what Kit was talking about, two jewelry cases with her name on it, she wondered to herself, “ When did Dana become so fucking romantic?”.

After taking a small breath she looked at Kit, “ I don’t know which one to choose”.

Kit laughed remembering what Dana told her, “ Dana knew you would say that, so she came up with Choice C, you get them both”.

Alice laughed out loud, she calmed herself and Kit opened the cases for her, which contained a beautiful diamond necklace and matching bracelet with a small charm of the infinity symbol. She was speechless, “ They’re beautiful, I can’t believe she remembered”.

Kit was curious, “ remembered what?”.

Alice ran her finger across the symbol, “ when we first met, I told her I wanted a tattoo of the infinity symbol on my wrist, but I was too scared too since I have so many veins there. She told me that one day my soul mate would give me infinity”, she went through the whole day again in her mind…
