The story picks up after Shane broke up with Paige; Shane met her 3 months after she left Carmen at the altar and broke up with her after 4 months. Dana did not die and she still happy with Alice. Betten and Tina are together and they have to almost everything, except for Henry, and in this story Jenny’s movie doesn’t exist.  Molly and Shane met through Bette, but at the Planet about 3 months after Paige, and they have experienced everything we saw on The L Word. After Phyllis talked to Shane, and Shane broke Molly’s heart, She realized her mistake.

WAX

Shane walks into WAX looking for Chase and finds him in the back office doing inventory.

Shane: Chase!!! Chase… I need to leave, I need to go and fix things with Molly and I don’t know how long I’ll be gone. And I think I want to sell my share of WAX…and I really don’t know what to do….

Chase looked at her very calmly and then proceeded to walk away from her as he proceeded to tell her something.

Chase: Shane, I really want you to calm down, because what I’m about to tell you is very serious and I hope that you will not hate me.

Shane: I don’t understand

Chase: Let me explain; When I offered you a partnership and you accepted, I asked for double the money that this was woth back then.

Shane: What?? Chase, you stole from me?? but why?? how co…

Chase: Wait…let me finish before you say something you will regret. He interrupted. I invested most of my money and the extra money you gave me and invested in CROCS and NORTH FACE, and you may not know it but they have done well in the past few years.

Shane couldn’t prcess all that was going on and she couldn’t really understand why. She was speechless.

Chase: I know this is very hard to believe and you probably don’t understand why. But when I saw you and Carmen so happy together, I realized that you might be on your way to complete happiness. I remebered all you did for me back when we lived on the streets; you only had to look out for yourself but you took care of me and protected me, and this is the best way to thank you.

Shane:…I don’t know what to say…I….Thank you so much. I didn’t expect this to happen.

She walks to him and hugs him sincerely.

Chase: I’m sorry I didn’t tel you before, I wanted to give this to you on a special ocassion, and that was your wedding…but you know…I’m sorry. You’re free to stop working here whenever you want and don’t have to sell. Now..go get your girl!

Shane hugs him one more time and runs off.

Shane is sitting waiting for the rest of the passengers to board. She pulls out her phone and dials a number.

Hi, you have reached Molly’s phone. I am not able to answer your phone call right now, leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible. Shane hangs up.

Molly was sitting in class when she saw her phone light up. She saw Shane’s name and wanted to answer,but couldn’t bring herself to. She didn’t want ot be hurt by Shane again; she decided to listen to the voicemail and maybe she’d call Shane back.

Molly: Maybe she has finally realized I’m better off with her than without her….she tought to her self
