A few months have moved on. Miley and Malaci were getting used to having two parents. Malaci had started calling Bette Mama and Miley was calling Tina Mum out of instinct. Paul hadn’t shown his face, much to Bette and Tina’s delight.

“Ok Wedding plans are the next thing on the list, I need you to write me a list with every one on your side of the family who you want to be there so I can count them out and look for a venue big enough, and obviously get enough invitations made” Tina told Bette excitedly

“T do we really need a really big thing?” Bette asked not looking up from her notes

“I beg your pardon. This is meant to be the best day of every woman’s life and you don’t want anything big? I don’t think so. We need to decide on what colours we want the flowers! Get a cake! Where we want it held! Find somewhere big enough for the reception afterwards. Discuss our honeymoon!” Tina said putting a jotter on the table Bette was working on.

“Tina, I don’t care if all the flowers were dead, the cake didn’t turn up, our passports were declined before the honeymoon, the reception couldn’t be booked and no one turned up. I’m going to be spending the rest of my life with you and the kids, what more do I want?” Bette said holding Tina’s hand.

Tina smiled “That is so cheesy, but maybe you don’t want everything, but I do. I need that list” Tina kissed Bette and walked out the room leaving a piece of paper on the table Bette just laughed.

Miley came running out of her bedroom with a bit of paper in her hand, she ran straight over to Tina and gave her the paper.

“WOW Miley, that’s amazing” Tina said giving her a cuddle

“It’s us” Miley pointed to everyone in the picture.

“Where’s Malaci in your picture?” Tina asked

“Oh, he’s back there” She pointed to a small round dot on the page

“Why is he so far away?” Tina thought for a minute that something had happened between them that Miley didn’t want anything more to do with him
