Previously:
They had made it back to Tina’s apartment and she opened the door taking a few steps inside before turning back to Bette.
“You want to come in for a drink or some coffee? She asked not wanting Bette to go.
“I would love to” Bette smiled “But I don’t think it’s a good idea” she added.
Tina looked at her confused “why not?”
Bette sighed “I’m afraid that I won’t be able to control myself” she answered honestly.
“Seriously?” Tina laughed “You don’t have any self-control?”
Bette smirked at her “Normally I do but when I’m with you…It just seems to disappear.”
“I just don’t want us to do anything we’ll regret later Tee” she added.
“I wouldn’t regret it” Tina said softly looking into Bette’s eyes.
Bette smiled “Let’s just take things slow ok?”
“Yeah you’re right” Tina smiled stepping up to Bette to say goodbye “I just don’t want you to go”
Bette brought her hands around Tina’s back bringing her in for a kiss.
“I’ll call you when I get home” She smiled as they parted.
“Ok” Tina smiled back at her, watching her leave before slowly closing the door.

Bette smiled as she dialed Tina’s number. She had been home for a few minutes and was now sipping on the glass of wine she had poured herself.
“Hello” a soft voice answered.
“You’re home already?” Bette teased “I thought you had a hot date tonight?”
“I did” Tina chuckled.
“So how was it?” Bette asked smirking.
“It was amazing…” Tina smiled.
Bette smiled deciding to tease the blond a bit.
“Do you like him?” She asked trying not to laugh.
Tina raised an eyebrow at the question.
“It’s a she” she replied.
“Oh really?” Bette said “I didn’t know you were gay” she teased.
Tina stayed quiet for a while deep in thought.
“I’m not…” she answered.
“You’re not?” Bette asked raising an eyebrow.
“Um…I…I don’t know” Tina said feeling more confused than ever.
“Then what are you doing with a woman?” Bette asked softly.
Tina sighed “I’ve never thought about women in that way before but this woman is special” she started “I can’t stop thinking about her”
Bette smiled.
“I had a great time tonight” she said.
