“Majesties, Your Guard” Commander Rau spoke head bowed.
“Arise Commander.” Rhaina and Rheana spoke in unison as they had for decades as the Crown Princesses prior to their maturity.
Rau rose while the battalion remained in the position of obeisance.
“Majesties, may I present the First Guards?”
They nodded.
Rau called out in her authoritative voice. “First Guards of Romulus and Rhemus, Marina and Carmen.”
The two women stepped forward and took positions at Rau’s side.
While the Majesties examined the First Guards Rau found herself mesmerized by The Queen of Rhemus, Rhaina. There had been an unmistakable flicker of interest when their eyes met first on the Royal Flagship across the screen and again in the flesh moments ago. Rau would have dismissed the first event as the novelty of a first meeting but there it was again. She felt herself reacting as never before to a woman by her mere presence.
Being the solider that she was she did not entertain the curious response for long. Her mind returned to her duty, protecting the Majesties of Romulus and Rhemus. She turned and nodded. Marina and Carmen took positions to the side of the respective Majesties they were sworn to protect. The soldiers under their command moved to flank their leads.
“Hail the Queens of Romulus and Rhemus” Rau shouted for the crowd.
“Long live the Queens” came the delighted reply as every knee bent.
Rheana and Rhaina began their ascent to the throne led by Commander Rau and flanked by the Royal Guard. The crowd went wild as they were robed and then took their thrones. The First Guards stood on either side with Rau in the center then the attention of the crowd returned to those yet to be introduced as members of the Royal Family.
Rhaina rose her robes of gold trimmed in black glittered. “Allow me to present to you my Royal Consort, Spock of Vulcan, son of Sarek and Amanda.”
There were cheers of welcome as Spock was escorted to his place at Rhaina’s side. There was much murmuring as the rumor was confirmed that their Queen had indeed joined with the Royal House of Vulcan.

Hmmmm…this does not bode well. Shame to the population of the twin worlds to behave so churlishly towards their sovereigns. (But I hope this won’t leave the door open for that bitch Serena to smear Christina’s name in her absence.) What’s all this about Fruit of the Loom?

I’m definitely curious about what happens next.
I loved how Christina would not allow Elizabeth to be disrespected. I am not sure that Elizabeth knew exactly what Christina was seeing and feeling from the crowd, but she did as directed from Christina. Now on to the open and unknown galaxy surrounding them.

Hmmmm Rhaina and Rau, good stuff. Ouch, Christina and Elizabeth got the cold silent treatment. What’s up with these Romulans…they were not awed by Bette’s beauty or were they overcome, stunned into silence by it? Is there a plot afoot by Serena etc. Oh and when is Bette going to get pregnant? or is it Christina? Politically maybe Elizabeth should carry the crown princess so the people/Romulans are won over…after Bette is so hot pregnant but then so is Christina…oh wow I’ve confused myself, Lol. Never mind bring on Rhaina and Rau. Thx. Love it as usual.
So Christina took the bull by the horns because they didnt like her woman and they left,,,,,gotta love her is all I have to say!

Go on Crown Princess Christina of Rhemus with your bad Alpha self. She will brook no disrespect for her Royal Consort Elizabeth and did not take anytime to let them know how she felt. By having them beamed up to the Enterprise she told her countrymen that she didn’t give a damn about them and the people did not have to accept her and Bette. They are not important in the grand scheme of things and she will retain her crown and her Royal Consort. Go Tina. Hopefully Serena will not be a bitch to her again. Maybe she learned her lesson earlier and I don’t think she wants another ass kicking by Tina. Can hardly wait to see what happens next. Post as soon as you can.
Well that was a big ole slap in the face to us mere Earthlings…whoa! I have a sense that Captain Porter is going to be ticked off, given that she is the offspring of Kirk. K- Your story continues to be an absolute delight! Thanks so much for treating us with this beautifully spun Sci-Fi journey. I’m on board for the duration of the mission.
