Chapter 13

“T.. I appreciate it really I do but I would not feel right accepting all the pampering . It’s our first date don’t deprive me of the opportunity to fuss over you to.”
“When you put it like that how could I possibly argue?
“That’s what I hoped you would say.” Bette slipped her arm around Tina’s waist as they walked into the restaurant.
As they sat making their meal choices Bette couldn’t keep her eyes off of Tina. The way that the candle light made her golden hair glow, the way its light danced in her eyes making them sparkle, and the breathtaking cleavage the deep v neck of her dress was showing. Bette was finding it impossible to control her bodies reactions to her dinner companion.
“Bette… I…I’m really glad you agreed to come with me tonight.”
“I’m glad you asked me to come out tonight T.. I know we haven’t spent much time together, but I have really enjoyed the time we have spent together…. I… I hope we can spent more time together in the future”
Tina took Bette by the hand lightly rubbing her thumb over the top of Bette’s hand. “I would really like that Bette. I have enjoyed our conversations. It feels good to have someone to open up to.”
“It is very nice.. I just hope I don’t sound like too much of a head case.”
“Bette you don’t sound like a head case… everything that you have been through.. that we both have been through has made us who we are today” Tina said. ‘and I really like who you are today’ she thought to herself.
Bette just smiled thinking to her self ‘God this woman is amazing’
The conversation continued as they ate. Both women enjoying the time they were sharing learning about the other.
“T tell me about the girls.”
“You want to know about the girls?”
“Yeah T I do… T I wouldn’t normally want to spend all of our time out together talking about the kids, but they are such a big part of your life. I feel like I am missing out on such a big part of you buy not knowing about them.”

Talk about an awesome first date. That was absolutelty beautiful. Can’t wait for the next get together with the kids. Can I hire Kit to set up my house while I’m out.
Tibette they are so cute when cautious. So will Tina stay true to her word and not do it all on date night # 1? How could she resist mocha beauty??
