The sun poked through the blinds slowly brightening up the room. The heat of the sun hitting Bette’s back. She slowly opened her eyes and sighed. She sighed and stared out the window. She felt a soft hand lying on her lower back. She smiled softly knowing that Helena stay by her side. She rolled over slowly and looked at Helena sleep. She moved her hair out of her face and stared. She traced her finger around Helena‘s face and gave her a peck on the lips. Helena stirred in her sleep but didn’t wake. Bette ran her fingers up and down her arm and stared at the beautiful Briton. Helena began to run her hand up and down Bette’s side as she opened her eyes.

“Good morning.”

Helena smiled. “Morning, how did you sleep?”

“Great with you by my side.” Bette moved closer to her and wrapped her arms around her. She wrapped her leg around Helena‘s waist. “How did you sleep?”

“The best sleep I had in a while.” Helena looked around. “I can’t believe I slept in your bed.”

Bette smiled. “Well get used to it. You’re going to be for a while.”

“What are we going to do today?”

“I don’t have any work today, what about you?”

“I’m free all day.”

Bette smiled. “How about we just lay in bed all day? No worries, no calls, make love and sleep in each other arms.”

“What do you say?” Helena leaned forward and kissed Bette softly. She pulled away, and Bette smiled. “I’m taking that as a yes.”

“I’m so happy to be with you.”
