Tina’s tears were now, crossing her face.
Bette kissed Tina’s hand and reached her eyes.
“But today, listening to your voice, feeling your scent, your closeness. Here, where used to be our home… I heard your words and it brought peace to me … Tonight was reveling.”
Bette let the feelings talked. “I love you… I miss you… I miss Angelica…I miss us… I miss me…” Bette caressed the blond´s hand. Her eyes took in the creamy skin like she always did.
Tina inclined again and found her wife’s forehead. Her tears watering the mocha skinned woman.
“Babe…You’ll never know… You’ll never know how much… How much … I expected to hear those words from you again.”
Tina slid from the chair to the floor. She sat in front of Bette and kissed her wife once more.
Bette cupped Tina’s face.
“ I love you, T…
“I love you, Bette…”
Tina embraced her wife. Her face sensed her hair. They sensed their bodies together, the inspiration, the warmth that they missed so much invanding their beings.
“ God, I can’t believe…” Bette finally said.
“What babe…What? That we’re in each others arms again?”
“No…love… that we’re on the floor… celebrating our love…” a smile came from Bette’s voice.
“Sweetheart… Let me help you…” Tina quickly stood up and offered Bette her help.
Bette began to rise, the cane gave her the necessary balance. Tina held her hand and also gave her the strength.
But she lost balance.
“Bette…? “, alarmed Tina.
Bette didn’t answer. Her face frowned.
“Babe, are you ok?”
“Just…dizzy…”
Tina pulled the chair and helped Bette to sit.
“I…”
“Take you time, dear…” Tina worried.
“Must be…”
“…the medicine?” Tina completed.
“”Also… …Too much emotions…” Bette brought a smile to the blond lady she loved. Specially.
Tina melted.
“ I missed your smile, Bette… So much…”
“I miss to give it to you… My life, my smile, my laugh is happier with you and Angelica.” Bette tried to stand and focus again.
“Hey…hey…lady! Wait a second, where do you want to go, Bette?”

I have been looking out for this so thx. It was sweet the moment when Tina was unsure with her hands in her pockets…the whole thing was sweet; look 4ward to next chapter.

What a treat of three in a row from you Braz. Love the reconnection and the honest dialogue. Sweet how they’re both unsure of pushing too far too quickly and are a bit shy with each other.
