Tina stood at the altar. Her hat in her hand, as she stood in full dress uniform. She hadn’t worn it for so long and now she was about to get married in it. She couldn’t believe it. A few months ago she hadn’t known Bette and all and now she was stood with Jake beside her, in his dress uniform waiting for Bette to arrive.

            “Nervous Kennard?” Jake said grinning,

            “How did you feel before marrying Caro?”  Tina responded looking at her partner. She was so glad that he was here. It was great to be out on the streets together.

            “I was shitting bricks.” He laughed.

            “I am now.” Tina admitted. “I just love her so much.”

            “She loves you, she never shuts up about you!”

            “Can’t believe that this is happening.”

            “It’s the right thing Tina.” Jake said, as the music started, the whole room in the posh hotel. Tina turned and looked at the massive doors. Which opened and Kit walked into the room, in a light purple dress, she walked down and moved in next to Alice. Then Tina’s jaw dropped as Bette walked into the room wearing a full length wedding dress, her eight month and three week pregnant belly looking lovely, her breasts large. It covered all her scars. Tina felt tears in her eyes as Bette walked, with a noticeable limp but she was walking unaided down the walk way. Tina couldn’t help but cry. She hadn’t seen Bette do this but it showed that Helena’s money hadn’t been wasted. Bette was grinning looking at her woman, when she reached Tina the both sat down as Bette couldn’t stand for long periods.

            “You look stunning!” Tina said taking Bette’s hands.

            “You look hot!” Bette laughed before turning to the man who was preforming their wedding.

            “We are gathered here today for the wedding of Elizabeth Porter and Tina Kennard. They have written their own vows and we’re going to start with Tina.” Tina moved to look at Bette.

            “I love you, you complete me. everyday I wake up with you and I can’t wait for our son to join us. You’re awesome. You’ve been so brave and I can’t be without you. You’re my sole mate, my lover, my best friend and very soon my wife. I promise you I’m here for you always. You’re my world. I love you.” Bette smiled
